I can't thank Sarita enough for her help with my first pair of glasses! It was so nice to be able to chat with her as well and get to know about her background! it is obvious that she LOVES her job! Thank you again Sarita (PopSpecks Nottingham), hope to see you again in the future!

Had an eye test at specsavers expecting to be able to leave with glasses or at least contact lenses and was told it would be over a week. Went walking in Braehead shopping centre desperately looking for somewhere to get lenses as I had my driving test in the morning!
stumbled across Pop specs and they where absolute life savers!
amazing customer service helping me pick out a lovely pair of glasses to suit me and when they didn't have my lenses in stock they went out of their way to have them sent over from their other shop! Walked away with my prescription glasses in under an hour!
They couldn't have done more for me, and I passed my driving test this morning, all thanks to them, as I was worried I wouldn't actually be able to take the test without my up to date prescription.

100% would recommend them and will definitely be back to use them again.

I bought some glasses in Churchill Square, Brighton Pop- specs today, they have lots of great frames to choose from, the service was excellent. Kinga served me and she was really helpful, professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again,

Very poor quality, one arm fell off after 3 months and they couldn’t replace it because their stock for each model is very reduced and they are not able to get similar ones. They offered to put the lenses in other frames. I ended up with an average model, nothing special, for the old lenses to fit the new frames.
Today I went to do an eye test because I have been having trouble reading and they found out that the problem are the glasses, they are badly done! the graduation of the varofical lenses is too low.
So, unprofessional! Such a waste of money and time.
Adding to my original review: I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Pop Specs, I have got the second pair checked in 2 different shops and they said the reading part of the lenses is too low at the bottom and the frame is too big for varifocal lenses to work well. Just confirming the staff is not knowledgeable enough. (At least the second pair has not fallen apart although straggling with reading the small print)

Visited on a Saturday, they were busy but very helpful. Lizzy, Ruke and Debz helped me choose from a large selection of frames.
I chose two frames with transition and varifocal for a great price!
They were ready within the week for collection which is amazing.
Ez the Optician fitted them and gave lots of advice about getting used to varifocal lenses.

Would definitely recommend Brixton Village Pop Specs branch to friends and family :)

Great service from Pop Specs in the Chimes, Uxbridge. Had new prescription lenses fitted into existing frames in less than half an hour. I always struggle to find frames that I am happy with, so really pleased to be able to update my glasses. Also replaced my husband's varifocal lenses. Attentive and professional service throughout by Raoul. Many thanks.

Cheap and poor quality glasses, broken within weeks. Staff and management clueless with no technical knowledge or skills. Do yourself a favour and save money by going to a proper opticians who are trained and sell quality glasses that will last more than a month. If your on a budget then go to Poundland for same quality as this shop and for a lot cheaper!

Update: Took the broken glasses to a proper optician who said the glasses were poorly made, and you could see the cheap lens they use, when compared to a proper pair. Also said the lens were incorrect. They mention the unqualified staff are on commission so lay on the niceness for sales. All makes sense now.

I recommend popspecs to all my friends and family. A true game changer when it comes to being a glasses wearer. The customer service really is second to none and as a customer I feel so valued and well looked after, despite visiting lots of different locations.

I lost my glasses whilst travelling across the country for a funeral in October. I had previously bought from a popspecs store in Chester (with fab service!) so went straight to Popspecs Brighton and got a new pair the same day. The team helped me access my prescription and truly went above and beyond. Then after my daughter broke a hinge on my glasses I took them in to the Meadowhall branch today and the guy there fixed them for me with no charge. They are as good as new! Thank you

Popped into Bristol cribs causeway day trip out from Paignton .excellent service the guy who looked after me was so helpful and so good. Would recommend them everytime I changed from vary focals to distance only

Bought varifocals from lakeside branch have tried for three weeks to get used to them . Have worn varifocals for many years . But thought try these as slightly cheaper. Was told they were the best Essilor lenses. But looking online are the basic ones . I have now wasted £250 as can’t wear them . And will have to go back to my regular optician for new ones. Am so disappointed.

My wife and have visited both Brighton and milton Keynes stores and we have purchased 5 pairs of glasses between us. We have received really good service from both stores, we like the fact that we were under no pressure to buy and the sales staff were really helpful. we will certainly use pop specs again

Love love love Pop Specs. After seeing you on Dragons Den I took my Tom Ford glasses to Leeds, White Rose to have my prescription lenses fitted. All done in under 20 mins. Brilliant service. 50 stars.

I bought a pair of glasses in November 2024. Very disappointed in the quality. 3 months of wearing and the arm fell off whilst I was wearing. Literally came apart from the frame. On returning them I was told there was nothing they could do and that couldn’t happen on its own. When I challenged that I was told I was being rude and to go around the other side of the counter and read their company policy. £315 for a pair of glasses which are no good after 3 months.
Customer care is non existent and the guy who I spoke to was argumentative and intimidating.
Save your money and go to a reputable optician. Never again

Absolutely brilliant! Love my specs, love the buying experience.. 20 minutes after selecting my frame I had a gorgeous new pair of favourite glasses! Oh and the simple pricing structure is great..

I’ve interacted with Pop Specs in both Westfield London and Uxbridge and have found both to be first class. I love the wide and fast moving range of frames and my 3 pairs (so far!) have been conversation starters many times. Highly recommended if you have a simple prescription and love a distinctive style.

I had looked the glasses up on their gallery and fell in love with a pair.My daughter also liked some.We went down there only to be told the glasses on their gallery were not available!! What!! Dont think they will last long.They were also expensive! Voo glam have the same glasses I liked at a tenth of the price!!!
