A very reliable service
A very reliable service, I have used 'Airport Cars' often both too and from LHR airport. The online booking is straightforward with confirmation emailed within minutes. The driver's details are passed on usually the day before which is nice. These 'guys' know there stuff.

Great communications and arrived perfectly on time at 4.30am for a trip to Heathrow. Alex was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very easy to book and received details the day before confirming our driver and contact no in case of difficulties.

Stress free journey
Tom driver was excellent on our trip from home (Oakdale Poole) to Heathrow. Car very clean & topped up with water & Tom checked that we were comfortable & warm enough.

Never turned up despite a confirmed booking. Please make sure you READ their terms & conditions (which are unbelievably unfair) which state they will NOT refund the customer under ANY circumstance, even if it is their fault

We did in fact send a car to pick you up, unfortunately it was late and you decided to drive yourself instead of waiting a little while, as we do not take payments up front it is wrong for you to say that we did not refund you, in fact despite us taking no money from you, we paid you £200 compensation.
Excellent, reliable service
Excellent, reliable service. Easy to book, and it is reassuring to receive reminders by text and email just before the journey. Both drivers for our trip to and from Gatwick were punctual, polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Turned up to leave on time and got three of us with all luggage to Heathrow in plenty of time. Very nice and friendly lady driver and comfortable car. Highly recommended.

Extremely pleased with Poole Airport Cars. It was easy to book and receive quick confirmation. Good to receive reassuring email confirming pick-up when I was about to fly home. The driver, Ashley, ensured I knew where to find him and the journey home from the airport was extremely comfortable. Thank you.

The drivers arrived bang on time, were friendly and helpful and the journeys (we went up to Heathrow in December, returned in January) were smooth. In our experience this is a reliable service.
