I have nothing but great respect for this Company. They worked tirelessly to help me resolve an issue despite not supplying the equipment. It was a pleasure dealing with John Barnwell, he was a great credit to this Company, and he certainly went past his call of duty, which surpassed my expectations.

Excellent customer service from Lisa and the technical team resolving a problem with a new pump that I had ordered from them.
I shall now be using Pool and Spa Centre for my future requirements in maintaining my hot tub.

We ordered new cushions and Filters for my hot tub To coincide with a trip back to the U.K. on the Wednesday before our ferry ( Sunday) no sign of the order I contacted customer service via the email system, got a reply stating they were wait for 1 of the cushions from there supplier!! I asked if they could send what they have now before Sunday. Abbie phone back saying they were going to get the supplier to over night the cushion directly to me and they would send the rest asap. All at no extra charge. It all arrived on Friday Fantastic service thanks Abbie

Disgraceful company. I waited for 9 months for spa pillows I’d ordered before they cancelled because their supplier didn’t stock them any more. Week later they’re selling them again but at a different price point!! Terrible way to treat customers and zero compensation for having my money for 9 months! Avoid at all cost!

I’ve ordered a few little things from Pool & Spa for our hot tub and pool but mist recently we ordered a new lid for our hot tub and they have been amazing from start to finish from measurements to dates to expect our products and when to expect delivery I would highly recommend them

Excellent customer service from Andy, from initial enquiry through to delivery and technical help with installation. Always easy to contact by email or phone whenever I had a question and nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Heat Pump, not just because they are competitive but they really do offer 100% genuine customer service and care.

I needed to replace a 20 year old jacuzzi pump and counldn't find a direct replacement. Raised a ticket (which seems to be the issues with most of the poor reviews) and within a day Andrew got back to me.
I procceded to ask all manner of questions about which pump might fit and how far apart are the connections etc and Andrew sent a full dimensional drawing of the recommend one which was great. The price is very resonable so fingers crossed for a fast delivery.

Used this company several times for issues we had with a second hand hot tub. Technical team were quick to respond and very helpful. Managed to identify the problem with a couple of emails back and forth with photos. Will definitely use this company again.

I ordered a diving Board through PoolandSpaCentre but the manufacturer sent the wrong model direct to me. I explained this to PoolandSpaCentre and they could not have been more efficient and straightforward in sorting out the problem. Typically with vendors in this situation, they want to question everything and it can be a nightmare to sort out. But PoolandSpaCentre were immediately on the case and arranged everything from collection of the wrong board, to ordering the correct one, with no cost and minimal hassle to myself. They were brilliant!

I bought a Balboa hot tub panel from this company via Amazon. Within 10 months the panel became defective and I ordered another to replace this one via the same company. Both panels when delivered were delivered on time and no trouble. Returning the original defective panel (as it was within warranty) via Amazon was a little tricky as I was asked to send a video of the defective panel not working, but you can’t send videos via that platform. I agree with other reviews that the ticket system on their website is pretty useless - it leads you to a page telling you not to go ahead as it may be compromised. The company really needs to do something about this to build trust in consumers should anything go wrong. Luckily I sent my phone number to the Company via Amazon webchat and within a few hours I had a phone call from one of the guys at the company providing an email address to which I could send the video. Everything from there went smoothly and professionally - no hassle. It seems that the customer service side of things in terms of being able to contact them easily, really is the issue rather than the company itself being unprofessional. Simply providing an email address on the site would make things far simpler and create less negativity from frustrated customers using a ticket system that isn’t fit for purpose. The positive feedback leading to increased sales, would far outweigh the increased demand for replies - it’s not as if customers are going to simply go away due to lack of response. I have no complaints at all about the service, but if I am honest I am just really thankful I bought via Amazon and I had another way of communicating the fault as the website doesn’t work. Overall in my experience, I would recommend buying through Amazon :)

After searching the website for days looking for replacement jets for my hot tub I was unable to find the right ones, I came across this company, I sent photos of the jets and the guys came back to me with the correct jets and within 3 days jets orderd and fitted. A excellent service and the communication was fantastic, can't fault them at all, thank you for a great service. 😀
