Best harness and lead.

Hi Jill,

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help yesterday at Stratford-upon-Avon.

We bought Luca (our cockapoo) one of your forest green harnesses and matching lead, and we absolutely love them! They’re such lovely quality, and he looks so handsome wearing them.

We’ve really struggled to find a harness that fits him properly, so having you measure him, fit it perfectly, and explain how everything should sit was so helpful. It was clear how much you care about making sure every dog leaves with the right fit, and that really stood out to us.

It was such a pleasure meeting you, and we’ll definitely be recommending Pooch Avenue to our friends and family. We wish you every success with your business – you really deserve it!

We stumbled across Pooch Avenue while…

We stumbled across Pooch Avenue while browsing Stratford-upon-Avon Sunday Market and happened to be looking for a new collar for our black Labrador.

The customer service was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The quality of the products is outstanding and feels really premium, so we didn't hesitate to make a purchase.

We're delighted with the collar and will definitely be back for more colours, as the range is excellent.

Thanks again for such great service. Highly recommended!

10/10 quality and service

We’d been searching forever for a new lead and harness that were waterproof, stylish, and genuinely great quality - and I’m so glad we found Pooch Avenue. We went with the denim and pastel-blue lead and the Comfort+ harness, and they did not disappoint. Our dog is constantly in the water, and even with daily sand and splash adventures, the quality is still a solid 10/10.

Thanks for the amazing customer service - we’ll definitely be back for more!
