We have booked holidays with Karen for many years. She has an excellent knowledge about holiday destinations and various tour operators.
This time we booked three separate cruises and Karen gave us an excellent deal.

As usual fabulous service by Karen. Nothing is too much hassle for her. I gave her my perimeters of what I want and she knocks it out of the park every time. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.

We have booked our holiday twice this year with Lynn and both times she was efficient informative and very helpful when we had to chose a destination.We will definitely use them again as they priced matched and did all of our passports and checked us in which helped us a lot.

On a pleasant Saturday, we made a visit to our new travel agency in Chester-le-Street, Ponteland Travel, to inquire about our customary annual holiday to Crete in 2025. We were warmly and cordially welcomed by Sara and Karen in their elegantly adorned office. It was a delight to reunite with Karen, whom we had first met when we commenced our Crete holidays through a now-closed Travel Agents in Chester-le-Street. Sara graciously assisted us in our search, despite the challenges of catering to our preferences as senior travellers. She diligently provided us with a favorable price for our preferred accommodation, the Aquila Rethymnon Beach Hotel. Given the exceptional service we received, it would have been impolite to decline the offer, so we promptly made our booking. We expressed our sincere gratitude to Sara for her time, patience, and understanding in accommodating our every request. We would highly recommend Ponteland Travel and their staff and have no hesitation in booking any holiday with them again.
