Rubbish cancelled subscription and my…

Rubbish cancelled subscription and my account twice without any reasoning. Disgusting behaviour also still waiting for the refunds. I think this website is a scam

Hi, I can see that your refund was processed immediately. However, it does take 3 working days for the refund to reach your bank account. This is the usual time in the banking system. I can see that your account failed our moderation process - this is the reason your subscription was cancelled and refunded. PollenTree Support

They make it impossible to cancel

They make it impossible to cancel. I told them to cancel in an email, and it never cancelled. I then was told to email another address, asking to cancel and they canceled me and didn't let me finish out the 3 months I paid for.

Hi Darryl, We handle cancellations for customers. This is done the sameday - or during holidays within 2 working days. Our policy is that if a customer wishes to cancel early we downgrade their subscription (if they subscribed for 3 or 6 months). We then refund the balance owed.

good outcomes, poor platform

Met some interesting folks from this, but the platform itself is very low quality and the ability to manage your subscription also very poor. Unfortunately there are so few coparenting sites out there that this site benefits from such poor competition.

Hi Michael, I can that you requested cancellation on 5th May 18.49 (local time). Our records show that your subscription was cancelled on 6th May 2025 12.26. This is within our usual window for subscription cancellation. We handle cancellations for customers as the process can be confusing via PayPal. Regarding our website - you are right it does need an upgrade - and we are working on it now. We have spent almost 12 months working on a new version better optimised for phones. The new version will make it easier for members to cancel their own subscription, but we still offer the option for us to do it for you. PollenTree Support
