The light came in right on time and the company touched bases with me to ensure promptness.
This is a good sized no nonsense light and much heavier in weight than others which I have from various brands. It came with a pretty good charge already on it, but as per my custom I plugged the unit into the wall to top it off. I was expecting a 4 hour wait but it was in fact well below half that time.
Once ready to go, I cycled through all the modes and found that they were very easy to use and change. As a stargazing enthusiast, I found the red light mode extremely useful so as not to ruin my night vision; the UV is very welcome in our desert environment.
This is not a true tactical light in that it lacks a momentary on/off switch feature. There is also no zoom to focus the lens according to desire, so we have a floodlight but no spot option which I like on most any tube type light. None of these are deduction of a star issues, but definitely to be aware of to the buyer. Also, the clip, not removable, is one of the stiffest I have ever seen.
There are two things which I would like to see the company offer as accessories. One, a good, solid holster that is adjustable to different belt sizes. And two, traffic wands of different colors.

I usually buy my Police Security Flashlights at Auto Zone. They carry a fair array of this product line but they don't offer replacement batteries. When you recently offered the 40% discount for anything on your website it was the perfect opportunity to get the batteries.
