Good quality and well made but not very stable on the water, takes a lot of effort to reach correct psi pressure with included pump

Risposta di Polaris Outdoor
This is an unfair review, the customer has not received his goods so decides to leave a poor review without contacting us first, We delivered the goods the same day to Poland the goods are held in the Polish customs due to EU regulations that are out of our control, this delays the delivery up to 10 days in some cases. why are small business taking the brunt of the blame for late deliveries? As such we as a business will need to consider whether to supply EU Countries in the future as the delays are out of control.. This is not good for business to take poor review when the goods are posted in good faith.
