I ordered the combo with the sauna and the sauna never came. The plastic valves on the pod are absolute junk. The threads are not strong enough to hold their own weight. The chiller is amazing, May want to find another kind of pod.

As important as the enjoyment, and the great experience of using a cold plunge almost daily, for me has been is the enjoyment of dealing with polar dive as a company! I had some questions About programming and getting the tub to work in my specific temperature requests, I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Tyrell that was outstanding, and unfortunately, in today’s world, very unique in his, and his companies total focus on 100% customer satisfaction! Their responses and abilities to satisfy me as a customer pleasantly surprised me as to how far they would go to assure me that my needs and questions were handled 1000%.

After a rough start (noted below) the customer service has been better and there is a genuine willingness to help. Rating has been upgraded.

There were some shipping mix ups to start but Max and the team were able to get it sorted out and made sure the customer is happy. I installed my polar dive max tub and it is awesome. I highly recommend this tub.

I want to start by saying that I genuinely believe Polar Dive USA offers a good product. The ice tub itself is well-designed, easy to set up, and exactly what I was hoping for when I made the purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with the chiller has been disappointing and frustrating.
From the start, the chiller didn’t function properly. The pump was sucking in air due to an internal issue inside the chiller housing. While customer service was prompt and responsive—something I truly appreciated—they weren’t able to actually solve the problem. Despite multiple videos sent and clear communication that I wasn’t satisfied with the cooler's performance, the back-and-forth dragged on through a dozen emails before I got frustrated and took the chiller apart myself. Multiple fittings were loose, and the pump fitting had to be taped. Finally, the air problem was solved.
Even after that, the chiller still doesn’t get the water as cold as advertised, 39F, which defeats much of the purpose of having it. When I asked about their refund policy due to what seems to be a defective unit, I received no reply—no resolution, no next steps, just silence.
To be clear, I think this can be a great product, and the company seems to care enough to respond quickly. But in my case, I’ve been left stuck with a struggling chiller and no indication that a replacement or refund is even being considered. That’s a real disappointment.

I wanted to like them, and I did like their customer service, but after waiting on my chiller for over 16 days I asked for a refund, they said no, keep waiting, it's on its way. Then after 33 days they finally agreed to give me refund. They were cordial and helpful the entire time, but the shipping delays is what got me. I realize they are most likely working with a distributor and don't actually own the chillers, they probably get them white labeled and the delay was on the end of the distributor/manufacturer, which is totally fine if that's how they do business. I just didn't feel like waiting 35 days was sufficient.

Terrible. They shipped the plunge pod in a damaged box that looked like a return and never shipped the chiller. Customer service is only through an email address and they take a long time to return emails. Kept saying the chiller would ship and it never did; and wouldn't cancel my order and refund the money for the chiller they couldn't ship. I'm now having to try to get this charge cancelled on my cc for fraud, which might be what this company is.

Save your money! Been waiting for my chiller since christmas currently in a dispute not paying them a $ more. Horrible customer service full of excuses saying they will give me $30 store credit. 2 months waiting for what I bought. TERRIBLE COMPANY

The WORST CHILLER EVER STRAIGHT GARBAGE they wanted to send me a NEW CHILLER N POD it was so bad I told them send me a return label I don’t even want it for free they were giving me the run around my wife put a dispute with our credit card we got a shipping label 5 day’s after we put a dispute worst online purchase I ever did ITS A SCAM THERES NO WAY YOU CAN SHIP SOMETHING LIKE THAT NO WAY 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Super affordable and so easy to assemble! It keeps the water cold, even here in Florida, and my friends love it too!

I've been using a bucket and store-bought ice for my ice bath, but I could never get the temperature just right. Since I got the Polar Dive Chiller, I'm more into taking ice baths every day because of how good it makes me feel.

I set up our Polar Dive in our backyard, and my family loved it. We even had a competition to see who could stay submerged the longest. It's really refreshing and relaxing to use. Two thumbs up for Polar Dive USA!

At first, I was hesitant to buy a Polar Dive because of the negative reviews I read. However, my curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to take a chance and buy one during the Black Friday sale. I just finished assembling my chiller yesterday, thanks to the helpful guidance of Customer Service.

Polar Dive was so great and has all the features that we're looking for. Plus superb customer service was so helpful and I'm amazed with their patience even it's weekends they are responding in my mail. Definitely will recommend!

I encountered a problem with my Polar Dive order. Some parts were missing. Thankfully, their customer service was kind and dependable. They assisted me with the necessary steps and refunded me for the missing parts.

I've purchased mine last Black Friday sale. Polar Dive was go great and affordable. The sauna was my next target!

I reached out asking where I can buy filter they responded quickly and said it will be available soon pn their website. I wish they add the filters soon so I can have a spare. Loving the polar dive chiller so far
