Very disappointing. Ordered the alcohol ones which didn’t freeze (despite what it says on their webpage). I contacted them and got the reply below, which is not acceptable as I was expecting them to be lollipops and also bought their lollipop holder for them, and all I’ve got is a slightly crunchy liquid certainly not solid enough to be used a lollipop.

“it is worth noting they are a softer texture due to the alcohol content - they should be a firm slushy-like texture 🙂

All the best,

PS: I’ve got a relatively new freezer and I’ve had no problems at all with it freezing anything else.

Bit of a glitch with my first order but Isaac couldn’t have been more helpful. These sorbet pops are a-ma-zing and now have a permanent drawer in my freezer!

It is my 2nd order and I left a comment on their facebook page saying I would order again when the rhubarb flavour was back in stock. They left me a comment when it was back in, so I ordered and received my order in 3 days. And the flavours are just amazing!
Now that’s what I call customer service! Thank you so much

Absolutely love these, saw them on Dragons Den and had to try, was not disappointed! I have to limit myself a bit because they are sweet and I shouldn't have too much but they are very difficult to say no to (they call out from the freezer lol). The tipsy ones, oh my, delicious! Just about to place my second order.

This is my second delivery of ice pops, absolutely lovely great flavours, the grandkids love them always have to buy a extra box of ice pops to give to them

There was problems on delivery to start with but delivery’s are now back on track the family have worked hard to overcome their difficulties and now everything’s working well

Refreshing grown up ice pop. Flavours are delicious and like the fact that they come fresh and you can freeze yourself.

These are the best ice pops ever.
The flavours are so fresh. Feels like a little bit of summer luxury.. Great to get out at garden parties as a little cooling treat! The kids love them and the boozy ones are great for the grown ups.. my second box has just arrived.. always need these in my freezer.. Thank you!!

First time ordering but I’ve tried before at a festival. Really loved all the flavours and they’re a perfect size too. Refreshing, fruity. We’ll be ordering again!

Ordered after Dragons Den for fun. But then just reordered a couple of months later as we’ve run out and they’re excellent.

Super healthy real fruit delicious ice pops… worth every penny …👌😎

Love these ice poles. Not too sweet, and interesting flavours. First bought one box of the non alcoholic ones to try. Have since bought 2 more as I liked them so much. Other family members have also bought some.

Delivery is so efficient and the Pola Poles taste absolutely amazing.
Dragon's Den missed a trick.
Well done Isaac.

These are amazing, so full of flavour. Tried both the alcoholic and non alcoholic and they are both great. Natural flavours and very refreshing. This is my second order and will buy again.

I thoroughly enjoy my Ice pops. They are so refreshing. I like all the flavours, even the cocktail ones.I'm so pleased you are back from your break. I'm enjoying my 2nd order. I have made a 3rd order today. I want to make sure. I don't run out. Whatever season we are in. I will still be having my ice pops. While I'm enjoying my ice pop. I get brain freeze. Perfect.

Can not get enough of these pops! Second order of both the alco and non alco and keep coming back for more only disappointing thing is having to wait for restocks when they sell out.. so get stocked up!

Delicious fruity and healthy ice pops.
Good selection to choose from, And delivered promptly. Highly recommended – highly irresistible!

Just placed an order for my 4th box, elderflower is back in stock! The best flavour in the world 🤗

Very impressed the flavours are unreal ! Never tasted anything like this before so so refreshing

When ordered was told 2/5 days still waiting over a week emailed them for update 2 days ago still no reply. This is awful customer service don't take payment for orders you can't fulfil will never order anything from them again and will definitely not recommend them to friends and family

These are delicious, and enjoyed both by adults and kids at our household. Wish them all the success they deserve. Dragon's Den really missed the trick with this one.. Will be re-ordering for the summer!
