All my favorite newer slots from other sites are missing here. They mostly have older titles and random providers I never heard of. Not sure if they’re cheap or just lazy with updates, but it feels outdated.

Unclear bonus stacking
I had a deposit bonus active and they gave me free spins from an email at the same time. Turned out using the spins canceled some of the deposit bonus progress. None of that was stated clearly anywhere. Just felt cheated.

No phone support
Sometimes I just want to call and speak to a human. They only have chat and email, both slow. When my withdrawal was stuck I really missed having a phone number to ring.

Reality Check Came Too Late
They have some timer that pops up telling you how long you played. It appeared after I had already lost more than I planned. Would be more helpful if it was more frequent or if I could set it myself.

Some games vanish from my favorites list without warning because licenses change or something, so I come back to play and they’re just gone.

Bad first impression
Made a small deposit, got a bonus, tried a few games. Nothing crashed but nothing impressed either, and the whole thing just felt flat. When I asked support how to cancel the bonus, they acted confused themselves. Doesn’t inspire trust.

Limited bet sizes
Wanted to play a certain strategy on roulette but their max bet on even chances was weirdly low compared to others. Took the fun out of it. If you like mixing stakes this place feels tight.

I am very sorry you only received one air freshener. Unfortunately we are based in the UK and our US orders are provided by a drop shipping company. I will endeavour to rectify this problem and have some replacement air fresheners sent out immediately.
