Poisoned Apple is a small online business based in South Wales, United Kingdom. Owned and run by me, Lianne, a fan of all things Disney and other pop culture franchises including Harry Potter, Marvel, Star Wars to name a few! Here at Poisoned Apple we love fashion and accessories (especially bags!) so have combined these interests and built this store, stocking a growing range of fashion items, handbags, backpacks, accessories, keyrings, pin badges, glassware, gifts, homeware and collectables. All of our magical products are fully licensed and we only stock reputable and well known brands such as Funko, Loungefly, Danielle Nicole, Mad Beauty, The Carat Shop, Pyramid, Banpresto, Cerda and more! Our brand list is always growing and new stock drops are frequent, so be sure to keep an eye on our socials on Facebook and Instagram for updates. I saw this bag and knew my wife would love this for her birthday. It went down really well and people all over town keep asking her where she got the bag from so thank you so much.

Great company with market competitive prices. Lots of checkout/payment options. Knocked one star off as they use Yodel as their courier service

Update Review
Initially, I have a poor review based on slow delivery, however, I now understand that this was due to a temporary store closure/holiday that was mentioned on the site - but not the sections I visited (I went straight to the item page from a Google search rather than from the homepage)
My comments were addressed very clearly by the company, and actually the service around the shutdown was very good.
The item I ordered was excellent - great quality and beautifully wrapped and packaged.

Risposta di Poisoned Apple
Hello Nicky, we are very sorry that you are disappointed with your Poisoned Apple experience on this occasion. As you can see by previous reviews, this is a very rare occurrence. We take pride in doing all we can to ensure that every customer is pleased and take any concerns and feedback seriously.
I have looked at your order and can see that it was placed 7 working days ago, on Sunday 20th February, so would have usually been dispatched on Monday 21st. However, as you will have been able to see in a message on our homepage and in the top banner which is visible on every item page and in the basket area, we were on holiday and so advising customers that orders could be placed as normal, but would not be dispatched until we returned home on Friday 25th February. You must have missed these points of information unfortunately and we are very sorry for any disappointment this has caused. Thank you for taking the time to write this review and bringing this issue to our attention, so that we can look at more ways to keep our customers informed going forward.
As your order was placed using standard delivery (up to 5 working days) and dispatched on Friday as promised, your order is in transit and due to be delivered this week, in line with our delivery times.
When your order was dispatched you will have received emails from the delivery company and us with tracking information. If you have missed these or have any other questions, please do not hesitate in sending us a message directly to customercare@poisonedapple.uk and we will be happy to help.
I hope this helps to explain the reasons for the longer than usual delivery time and we hope you love your order when it arrives.
Thank you for supporting our small business!
Best wishes

Easy purchase and quick shipping
I have no complaints about Poisoned Apple, I'd never heard of them before this purchase but they had a very specific Loungefly bag that I wanted. Ordering was easy and it arrived in only a couple of days.
