BY FAR the WORST SITE Ive ever used. Got limited after the first 4 days after being up a few hundred dollars. Had $500 in bonus bets that I couldn't use due to limits.

Bet on an MLB game. Wanted to watch the game on the stream they offer, said I needed to have atleast $10 in my account. Made the deposit and the stream wouldn’t load. Just got errors over and over again. Contacted support, they couldn’t do anything, said they saw the issue and reported to IT. Asked for any type of compensation for depositing money for a service I never received. Was told I don’t have any “offers” on my account, and no compensation was given. Waste of my time and the live chat support guy. Not satisfied.
Don’t offer something when it doesn’t work.

I was doing well with deposits, withdrawals, until they limit my account 8576330938 in ontario. Then when i withdrew all my money they started hassling me with impossible verification and having to wait over and over again to regain access to my pending wins and to get paid. I bet they never do this when people make deposits and lose.

By far the worst sportbook, I had a free bet of $50 on my account; I complained about a bet that had the wrong odds. Got into an argument with support, and the ego of these agents got to them and banned my account.

Will never return, they steal from you, and their live game graphics show wrong information, and when you complain about it with proof they lock your account.

I cant even give them 1star.. its breaks my heart.. Since March 2023 they dont even pay my winnings $33k and said already send through e- transfer..And closed my account saying everything is send and im a problem customer.Shamed on you guys. Hopefully Karma will come to you someday..

Another rigged online casino. Even the live stuff. I watched a BJ dealer obliterate a whole table 14 hands in a row and getting 21 or BJ 5 of those hands. Filthy app and disgusting practices. Notice they only respond to positive reviews? Shocker 🙄

Account has been under review for months after trying to make a withdrawal. Customer service has not responded at all.

For three days the most slot machines roulette craps is having error issues. Saying The system encountered an error. Contact the live chat for 2 days now they told me to trouble shoot my device did it for 2 days 8 x a day. Still the same they have no solution in the error. We opted for e-transfer in withdrawing some of our funds. This amount was deducted from our account, but never credited to our bank account. When we emailed them about it, no response at all.

Sorry account locked for violating terms of service. im sorry what? please enlighten me which term i seem to have broken. i ask in live chat what happend, they say wait for email team to respond. email just links me terms & conditions. wont let me take my money out or even refund my damn deposit. its been 3 MONTHS. no responses from email team about my money no nothing.

I had 3 family members and two friends that all had a pointsbet account. One by one we all experienced the same issue besides one of my family members who never really used his account. Once we had won a decent amount. Then requested to withdraw our winnings all at different time periods. We each received the same email stating that our accounts were being closed due to suspicious activity. Not one of us ever received our winnings. However we were refunded our deposits we made. When were were refunded they had took their sweet time about doing so. Then on top of that they issued it just a little at a time. I just read some other reviews that were very similar to what happened to all of us.

Don’t download. Doesn’t show every player until actual game time. NO LONGER can half time bet, they’re always under maintenance, placing bets sometimes aren’t always accepted and they’ll take your money and refund it to your balance in 30 minutes (so basically could’ve won the bet you made but a “validation error” happened” FANDUEL and MGM and ESPNBET are way better

I won a little money and they banned me from betting. I was a top tier member as well. They have now done this to a couple of my friends as well. There’s already enough risk in sports betting. But if you win, PB will just suddenly block you.

That's where the good ends. I hit on without exaggeration only TWO of these bets, and after that I was bet limited to no more than a couple of dollars per bet, making the remaining portion of the promotion effectively useless.

I guess maybe the site is useful if your goal is to lose a lot of money? They certainly seemed really itchy to ensure customers who win even a small number of bets early on can't continue to play with them, so if you're able to identify solid bets to make... don't even bother with the signup.

I won a 4 pick parley and 12 hours later it was still on the open wall not paid out I had to ask them to fix it. Next day I cashed out two parleys to make a live bet. No funds became available to make the bet and I would have won 90. After the second day of tech errors I said a free bet would be appreciated. Instead they suspend my account with money on there and the daily 20 dollar free bets gone...I was losing and hit 5 parleys in a week and suddenly my account is froze...I've called and emailed for 4 days with no response. This site is a scam.....! Do not use the Indiana pointsbet.... It's an inside job there robbing everyone....

I signed up over a month ago I did everything I needed to do to verify my account like other casino’s require.I waited and waited and no response so I finally asked why it hasn’t been verified only to be told they need a picture of my signed social security card I have never ever heard of this requirement before and I have other casino apps that I play and points bet is the only one to ever ask for my social security card.I feel like that’s a little much and I’m not comfortable sending them that so I guess I won’t be spending my money on there site
