I love this product but the packaging is not fit for purpose. The pump doesn’t work and I haven’t figured out how to take it off. I have half a bottle left but can’t use it. Please can you fix this as the product itself is amazing.

It was my first time using this product, I got it as a gift for my birthday tbh probably not one I would have bought myself because I use another brand , well when I say it blew my other one out of the water I mean it, I actually went out without makeup because my skin looked so dewy and fresh even my husband noticed, so I'm converted I will be purchasing it again myself, highly recommend 🥰
