My partner got me one for Valentine's Day and im obsessed. I don't know how its possible to be even cuter in real life. The quality is amazing!!! I have 2 other teddies on my wish list and it makes me want them even more now I have one.
I was hesitant about buying from this company but tried it anyway. I was SO PLEASED with the experience. I love the plushies they offer and the customer service was outstanding. I will ALWAYS pay a little more if the customer service experience is on point. The company checked on me along the way and are still ensuring that I have a great experience now as I make ANOTHER purchase and needed assistance. I bought the Emo Kawaii Pink Raccoon Stuffed Toy and the Cute Goth Fire Dragon Plush Dusty Rose previously. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! They came vacuum packed and just needed to air out and be shaken a bit to fluff up. I also bought a mystery box and was surprised at how fabulous the contents was. Great off-the-wall options!

Just received my order and my children loved their goth themed plushies. I was so worried the product wouldn’t match the pictures or the quality would be poor but I’m so happy to report that the plushies look just as vibrant in person as in their photo! And the quality seems sturdy and well made. My kids love them so much we will be ordering more !!! Thank you again !!!

Wouldn't even give it a one ...don't bother ordering ...took weeks to arrive and when it did not what I ordered...I ordered the scary mystery box instead Igot 4 cheap teddies for £45 and a small bat for £25 ...keep your money just cheap tat.
Received email off them trying to fob me off saying its a mystery box ...I'm well aware it's a mystery box ...but but I ordered which it said the DARK mystery box ...all the teddies was cute and fluffy ...if its going to be any teddies why put DARK in the description with a picture of DARK teddies ...what I received was not value for £45 .
Edit : as to your reply don't false advertise then ...you describe it in the advert as a dark mystery box🙄...with dark hothic teddies being shown ...if it isn't a dark box then put just MYSTERY BOX ....also the quality of teddies was cheap and ...not worth the amount you charge for them ...I emailed you weeks ago and asked how to return them but you couldn't be bothered to reply .

Regarding the mystery box: because it is a blind box, the contents are intentionally randomized. This also means that there is always a possibility of receiving styles that may not personally match your taste. We do state that mystery boxes are non-customizable for this reason.
About the “Dark Mystery Box” description: the term “dark” refers to the overall theme and design direction, such as gothic, alternative, or darker color palettes. However, interpretations of what feels “dark” can vary from person to person, especially when it comes to plush toys, which by nature can still appear cute or soft even within darker themes. The images shown are examples of possible styles, not a guaranteed set of exact items.
Regarding the value of the mystery box, we’d like to clarify that our standard mystery boxes usually include two items. In this case, we included four plushies instead, which means some of the items may be smaller in size. This is a normal part of how our mystery boxes are structured.
That said, we’re truly sorry that this came across as disappointing or made you feel that the value did not meet your expectations. That was never our intention, and we regret that this purchase did not feel satisfying to you.

I ordered two plushies on the 12th and they arrived on the 23rd which I think is an acceptable time frame. They arrived vacuum packed which I always find a little disappointing, it can leave creases in velvet and velour particularly that never fade. On this occasion the plushies mostly fluffed up and only one continues to show some crushing. As another reviewer commented there was no strange smell and both items appear well made. I think they are slightly more expensive than they should be so I am deducting one star for the price and the vacuum packing.

Because plush toys are typically charged by dimensional weight, this helps your shipping costs lower than standard market rates. That said, we completely understand your concerns, especially with velvet and velour fabrics where creasing can sometimes remain visible, and your feedback is truly appreciated.

I stumbled across this website on a pop up ad through Facebook.
The products looked great, however I was a little worried about ordering due to the lack of reviews.
I ordered 3 plush toys and took advantage of an offer which meant I got one of the plush toys free.
I did pay extra for quicker shipping. I ordered on the 18th of November and recieved on the 29th of November.
The products came vacuum sealed. There was no smell to the products.
All 3 plush toys are fantastic quality. They are just like the photos. Great detail on them and I am very pleased.
I also recieved a free gift of a headband and a thankyou note with a coupon which was much appreciated.
The price of the plush toys is a little expensive for what they are but when making use of the offers on site it's worth it.
I recommend this site if your looking for an unusual plush, something a little different. Also will make great gifts.
Also to add about tracking. The tracking was a little strange as I had not used the service before. But it is easy to navigate and useful to see when to expect the parcel.
