I booked a four night break to Kracow… with Plus Holidays
I booked a four night break to Kracow via Plus Holiday after I had seen a advert on Facebook. I was a little sceptical at first and wondered if all would be well. I need not have worried.
The flights were perfect from Bristol, leaving mid afternoon arriving early evening in Kracow. The arranged airport transfer was waiting and we were taken direct to the hotel,(breakfast included)
Our booked trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau was perfectly timed, pick up well communicated by the tour company.
The hotel was a 15 min walk to the Old Town on the flat and level.
Hotel was comfortable and clean with one downside we were allocated rooms at the front which meant noise of the trams, earplugs soon sorted this.
Breakfast was good with lots of choice (Yarden Apartyhotel)
Return pickup from hotel airport was on time exactly.
Flight back was early evening which meant we had almost another day in Kracow.
Would definitely use Plus Holidays again.... Ronald was helpful and got everything we want in place

Would use Plus holiday again
I was a bit apprehensive arranging a trip online with a firm I saw an advert for on Facebook, but Ronald dealt with all queries (there were a few) quickly, professionally and efficiently, catering for all of our needs. Nothing was too much trouble.
He sourced suitable dates and times for the trip and excursion to Brascov and castles.
He noticed we would be away for my partners birthday and arranged a surprise bottle of bubbly waiting for us when we returned to the room.
