The quality of customer support sucks, since the last reply, they've not contacted me again.
Morevoer, the delay to ship my package is the worst. The huge delay to send my package to my address, and the lack of support to help it reach my address. Why would I need to confirm my address when I clearly stated it when ordering?

Mi experiencia con el peluche fue prácticamente todo bien, el envío llegó al tiempo establecido, hubo seguridad con el seguimiento, no mucho que quejarme, salvó que lo que pedí, llegó con una parte rota, no es que haga mucho diferencia, no es grande o grave el daño, es algo pequeño que se nota en la parte de atrás del peluche, pero igual resta un poco.

El tiempo de espera fue demasiado, pero el producto estaba impecable

NO ME HA LLEGADO, me mandasteis algo de que se había intentado entregar sin exíto, haciendo referencia a una direccion completamente incorrecta, y encima hos escribo la correcta OTRA VEZ y no haceis nada, espero que mi dinero sea devuelto o que me llegue la maldita camiseta

I placed an order on July 19, 2026. Today is August 11,2026, I have not even received a tracking number! I’ve sent many emails they keep saying they understand how frustrating I must be, but nothing else. They haven’t even shipped it yet. I paid extra to have it expedited??? WTH???

No problems with my plushie. I was extremely excited for getting the plushie. The plushie came in perfect condition. The quality of the plushie is so soft and loved the design. I did get updates of the location and times of where the plushie is at.

I got what I wanted in 1 piece and exactly when they said I would couldn't ask for more

I ordered 4 plushies. They did everything right and sent 4. My border and import tax control of my country only sent 1 further to my adress, starting a hazzle with proving that the package was incomplete and so on....
Plushiyo got informed by me, they just asked "Want the missing ones resent? We still have stock" I accepted and they did ;~; such lovelies over there. Good communication and customer service. Plushiyo! All day, every day!

Was a great and easy experience, I was not expecting it to come that fast.
