Shipping took a while, which is a given due to the pandemic. The plushies look exactly like what's on the website, they're very soft and fun to hold. Ordered one for a friend as well and he said his plushie is wonderful too! There's very little web presence, so I was a bit skeptical. It's good to know it's legitimate.
When I ordered from this store I was given a confirmation email along with a following email for tracking the package. A couple weeks later, I still had not received my package and when checking the tracking, the package was said to still have not left the carrier. I sent customer service an email regarding the issue and they replied the next day saying they will update me on the shipment of the package ASAP. A week later, I still had not heard back from them and asked for a refund. However, I did not receive a reply. I sent 3 separate emails following asking for a refund and still have not received any reply. I ordered my package over two months ago. Don't buy from here!! Very poor customer service and honestly a scam.
Looks like a new company, as there's very little web presence at the moment, but wanted to say I've had a good experience personally! I placed my order on 24th Dec to the UK and it came today - 9th Jan - which seems pretty reasonable to me, especially at the moment! The product is lovely and matches the listing perfectly. Good price for the quality! Would use again.
