Paid for Expedited (2-3 days) shipping. It's been 10 days & I still haven't received my case. I've requested a refund, but they haven't responded to my request yet, so I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I'm starting to wonder if these are made & shipped from China.

I don’t even want to give 1 star! I ordered a WATERPROOF case and the case I received is NOT waterproof! I reached out to them and it took 2 weeks and 5 emails later for them to finally respond. When they responded they didn’t even address my main concern, which was that the product I got is not the product I ordered and I wasted $130 on a case that didn’t fit my primary needs. On top of that I’m convinced the case is messing up my phone battery because my battery used to go nearly 2 days on a full charge and not it barely lasts one day, which could cause a customer to “need” the battery case, which is genius, but dirty. I asked for a refund and haven’t heard back yet...I doubt I actually do. I will definitely be making noise though! They screwed me out of $130 and I don’t appreciate that!! Their customer service number is a bust, it says they aren’t taking calls “due to Covid” which makes ABSOLUTELY no sense! It’s BS, they just don’t want to have to actually speak to the people they’re screwing over. Cowards!

One star is too good. Bought phone case Jan 26 2021. Its March 15, 2021. The case no longer works will not charge phone. The case is supposed to be warranted for 1 year. I have tried to call but they are taking no calls due to covid. I have emailed 7 times with absolutely no response. Buyer beware. This company does not respond nor do the honor their warranty. BUYER BEWARE.

I agree with all the bad reviews. I should have read them ahead of time. I sent the case back and two months later I have had no response and no credit. Look elsewhere!

Have to give 1 star they deserve 0 do not buy from this company they are a scam wish i would have done more research on them.

I wish I could rate Plus Cases less than 1 star. My experience over the past month is below.

I ordered a battery case for my iPhone 8+. The case worked great for two weeks (after two weeks of shipping to me). A day before I was heading on vacation the case stopped charging when plugged in. The LED battery indicators on the back of the case clearly indicate that the case is not charging; only 1 light will blink which indicates that something is wrong. I contacted Plus Case Support and they gave me a lengthy list of trouble shooting procedures and instructions on how to properly use the case.

I’m a very tech savvy person and had researched extensively how to test and troubleshoot for faults, etc. Nevertheless I worked through the procedure again and confirmed that the steps given to me by Plus did not change the behavior I was seeing.

I’m now back from vacation and Plus has not responded to me in over a week. Their only contact with me was the initial email which instructed me on how to use the case/troubleshoot.

I’ve given them until the close of business tomorrow to issue and RMA or I will be going to the bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent. Sad it’s come to this as I hate to go down this road. For a phone case that costs over $100 this type of customer support is not appreciated.

Do yourself a favor and do not purchase a battery backup case from this company. Can’t speak for their other products but this experience has been very poor.

I bought a 6s plus charging case in September 2020 and it started having problems in December. It finally quit working in January of 2021 I contacted them about sending me another one mid January. They sent a list of things to do to make sure it wasn't the users fault. Nothing I tried worked. My husband tried to get the phone out of the case and it wouldn't budge so he had to pry it out. He said that the battery was swollen and since it is a lithium ion battery it could explode. I emailed them several times about sending a new case since it is under a year warrantee. They won't respond now at all. I'm pretty angry with them.

Purchased an ext battery case for my iPhone on 7/15/20; it's no longer taking a charge as of February 2021. I think I was expecting the case to last AT LEAST a year.

After waiting an entire month for an iPhone SE 2020, next generation phone case I received the wrong one. This thing is big enough to put a laptop in it.

Please do not buy from this company .....i ordered a battery case for my phone 6 it took almost more than a month to arrive when finally arrived it was not what ordered it was too big.. they sent a battery case for i phone 6/7/8 plus 800 .

I ordered two phone charging cords. My payment went through, but a month went by and they still had not been delivered. I contacted Plus Cases, and they responded with an email asking me to confirm my mailing address. I did so, but still nothing was delivered. No further response from them. After two months in all, I decided that this company is probably a scam and never intended to ship any product at all. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded the money.

what a terrible experience, first they took months to deliver it and when i said i wanted to cancel they said it was shipped so i accepted it, 2 weeks into owning it the charging port has been interminent. they asked a couple couple questions which i understand for abuse but now silent noone responds and the phone say sorry you have to email, well i did. amd here we are no response after sending a picture of a clean port no damage to case nothing, i guess it wasnt worth the $124.95 i could have a better outcome from amazon. order#20840.

Absolute terrible product. Does not match the claims the product is supposed to fulfill. Buy a Mophie do not buy this product, you will be disappointed.

Scam. Ordered Nov4th, it is now Dec 20th. Contacted them through email several times with no response. Also states on their 800# that Due to covid they are not taking calls. How convenient for them. I spent a little over $100 including shipping. I will be making a claim with my bank and BBB.

I purchased a rechargeable case for my IPhone 11 Pro Max. The case arrived and I was looking forward to using it, but then I noticed that when I hooked up a cable to the case and the case wouldn’t charge nor the phone. This happened for days and I tried out different cables (apple brand and off brands). I emailed “support(at)pluscases.com” and they kept avoiding me. Always told me to try different methods. Once I finally told them that I wanted my money back I was ghosted. I have now sent other emails to try and reach them, but no response.

Do not buy!!

I recommend the “amazon recommend” cases. There is one with great reviews for $40-$50.

Should be reported to the business bureau when I was looking. For phone cases I found them but with no reviews it was hard to find reviews on them so I gave them a chance bad choice. I bought the case and spent the extra for faster shipping it arrived a couple days late I was excited to see it well it wouldn’t seal correctly I work in construction and dirt so it wants fine for me I asked for a refund they give you 7 days from when they give you the okay to ship it back well and with COVID-19 shipping has been delayed and all so I had to pay around $40 just to get it from Az to Cali with in the 7 days and so it took them 3 months to refund me and rip me off from $60 didn’t even atleast refund what the phone case cost me all because there product didn’t work.

Ordered mophie case a month ago for iphone 12 pro max & still have not received. Guess I will have to dispute the charge with my bank like a lot of other people have had to do.

Ordered a belt clip case holder for iPhone 2020 SE. Weong size arrived. It was too large. I immediately contacted Plus Cases customer support. After two or three messages back-and-forth in which I had to reaffirm that I wanted to return the product for one that would fit better, all communications from them ceased. I ended up having to put a dispute on my card through my bank. That was a couple of weeks ago or more and I have yet to hear anything from PlusCases, so the incorrect case still sits with me. Furthermore, they misrepresented the quality of the product in that it was advertised as genuine leather and it clearly is not. It is a plastic material, which I’m sure would be fine for awhile but I like paying for I am promised.

Absolutely garbage... In my opinion. Junks won’t reply, don’t give money back .. Do NoT buy. Share share share
