I have to sadly agree with other negative reviews. I ordered my product well over a month ago. I should have received it in three days at the most. I finally received a response saying that they would mail it soon but still no product ever came. I canceled my credit card payment. My fault for not checking out reviews before making my purchase.

Total SCAM company. Zero stars if possible. I should have reviewed before buying. It’s been 20 days since order placed. They responded to one email that voiced my complaint. Said “it’s being sent to warehouse for shipping…”. No shipping info. No product. Will now not respond to emails. They do NOT currently take phone calls. My credit card company will be handling the fraud from here on out. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Awful. Would give zero stars if possible. After paying $95+ for a phone case charger that arrived weeks after promised date and did not fit the phone due to poor manufacturing (hole in the back partially obstructed camera and flash, case was not deep enough to contain the phone), it took Case Plus 5 weeks to respond to the return and refund request. I sent in the item, at my expense, and they received it - I have the USPS confirmation. It's been two weeks since they received the item but the promised 2-3 day refund is not in my account. This company is the worst. Late delivery, bad product, inexistent customer service. Zero everything. The only thing they're good at is getting your money.

I feel like a fool not researching the ratings.

I bought three items and two of them broke within a month.

They did respond via email and gave me RMA over a month ago.

Spent USPS Priority $24 for proof.

Nothing has happened

No refund, no email, now support email won’t work. If you try to write back using reply from original email it won’t go out. Bad address.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Ordered a 120$ battery case for iPhone XR, it’s been 2 months, 1-800# doesn’t work and 0 response on SEVERAL emails

As a follow up to a previous review, the case ordered on November 17th arrived on December 2nd. The case is bad and I'm trying, so far without success, to get a refund. It is poorly done, it does not fit the phone right and I cannot use it. So, zero stars if I could. Useless.

An absolute waste of money. I ordered it on my birthday, got it about two months later after a full month of no contact from the site. Finally got it just to find out I can’t charge the case… thanks for wasting my time PlusCases

The pluscases.com product I ordered is a cheap hunk of junk. The magnet isn't strong enough to use with a case as advertised. The on/off button doesn't work consistently. It doesn't charge fully and/or some of the LEDs are dead. It gets insanely hot when giving power such that I'm concerned about combustion at some point in the future. It reeks of chemicals like no other product I've ever purchased does, and it gets worse when heated, of course. Their RMA stipulates 7 days, which wasn't enough time for someone with my schedule, and they will only offer a partial refund at best if they think it's not actually defective. Plus you need to provide your own return shipping. I realized later that the same items can be found on Amazon.com and eBay.com for much less. Normally buying from a company might be worth paying extra to get customer support, but in this case it's just a huge ripoff. ETA: They told me I could still return it, but they received it almost 2 weeks ago - I even followed up, and still no updates. I guess that's pretty unsurprising by now.

I emailed them since Covid they are not answering the phone. I ordered the mini-mag with a magnetic ring that is supposed to stick to anything. Did not stick to my iPhone x or to the Jasbon case. Misleading advertising.

The magnetic ring is terrible
Won’t stick to iPhone XS or rubberized case
Please give me a return authorization as I do not want to keep this article.

Thank you for contacting Plus Cases! I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your ring sticker. Just to clarify, the magnetic ring attaches via 3M adhesive on the back of the magnet. For this adhesive to stick to the phone or case that you are trying to apply to, you must remove the backing protecting the adhesive. Please let us know if you are still having issues with the sticker staying on your phone so we may assist you further.
Today is 15 Oct 21 no further response. I would never ever deal with this hoax of a company again.

This business is a fraud. They literally take items from amazon and mark them up and the don't give you your items and the won't let you return them for a refund. The items are literally cheap crap that doesn't work as advertised.

If I could do negative stars I would. I ordered this 4 months ago they took my money already. On site says next day delivery. When I contact them they say we’re sorry were getting our shipment tomorrow. Now they won’t reply to any emails

OK, so I didn't read the reviews.. Got screwed just like everyone else. Placed an order and never received the case. They were quick to process my payment though!
They will not answer the phone due to "covid".
They will not respond to numerous emails.
Totally dishonest company. If you place an order with them, you will just lose your money.....BEWARE!!

I ordered two Iphone 12 cases. One the 12 pro plus (which has never worked right it give error message about the connection being damp) and the 12 pro I still have not received. The orders were placed on 05/16 and received the pro plus on 06/29. How do you sale something you don’t have (especially if you don’t state it’s back ordered, not in stock or something)??? I have contacted them repeatedly that i have never received the 12 pro with no answer?? I just let them know about the faulty pro plus case because I just wanted to give up! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THEM!!

Iphone 8+ case. Didn't consistently charge wirelessly. Pass through charging seemed to work, but audio was intermittent as well. Tried to contact to return but no response. Had to file claim with CC company.

I'm reading the reviews and see them quite interesting. I have brought several cases from Plus Cases. My first for Iphone 6splus worked great for a while the the connector shorted out after about 4 months I wasnt happy. I got the iphone x and gave it another try and had connector issues after several months, I got another one and figured Id be gentle with the connector, it lasted 5 months it was getting a little loose until i hit the pool with my phone in my pocket and that was it. The last two cases with the qi charging and usb-c port worked great lasted about a year or more. I would order those again, Im going to try the magnet thing out though. Returning was easy if you follow the instructions exactly and stay within the 30 days or else no luck.

It took over 6 weeks for my charging case to arrive, and it is 4 times larger in real life than the photos. I am attempting to return it but they have totally ignored me

I ordered a case over 2 months ago that was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 5 days. I contacted customer support 10-15 times, they kept telling me it was going to be shipped out the next day. it didn’t, they finally shipped it after two months so they say it has a tracking number but it hasn’t been delivered. Of course I’m asking for a refund at this point and if they don’t refund me I will dispute it with my credit card company. When I requested refund & threatened to dispute charge. They only cared about getting their product which I don’t have! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They LIE!

If I could give this company zero stars I would.
Ordered a phone case and received the wrong one 8 days later. They "corrected" the order and were scheduling shipment of the new one. No update on when it would ship, but didn't end up shipping until over a month later. I was AGAIN sent the wrong product, which happened to be the same phone case they sent me the first time.
Not quick on responding to my refund request either.
Terrible company and is totally a SCAM!

This is a scam no product no tracking just lies and more lies don’t buy anything from this guys stay away

The only good thing that I could say about this company is. They are fast at getting your money! I would never buy anything from this scamming company. They will send you a text message tell you that it has shipped. But the tracking number tells you that the postal service has not received it. I will be going to my bank and report them as fraud. And also the Better Business.
