We called PlumbForce for radiators failing to heat up in the home of a very elderly couple. John who came sorted the issue in a very short time but then spent a lot of time helping with the heating system and balancing radiators - way more than was required. He did so cheerfully, professionally and willingly despite our call our being at the end of a long day. I would not hesitate to call again.

Phoebe who installed my boiler a year ago carried out the annual service today. On both occasions, she has given excellent service. Today arrived on time, serviced to boiler, and arranged for the main gas supplier to adjust the pressure. Excellent service.

Booked the job by phoning in. They explained their approach and risks. They booked an plumber to come on the same day. Neil Heelas turned up. He was friendly and efficient. Got the job done in under 50 minutes and gave good advice on how to avoid in future as well as on how to fix some minor issues.

Great experience, Andrew & Neil were absolutely great when they fitted my new boiler today couldn't ask for a better company or better heating engineers like Andrew and Neil yo do the job,a big thumbs up guys,

They sent an engineer out, he came the day after calling, was brilliant. Very good at his job, very easy to talk to and knew where the fault was very quickly.

Overall very pleased with the service and will be happy to use them again

Rizwan quickly found the fault with the shower. He was friendly, took pictures of the shower to show me ( I am disabled). He put everything back in place and cleaned up. He has the details in order to procure a new shower. I will accept the quote as soon as I receive it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service! Gareth turned up on time, responded to the problem and my instructions immediately and without fuss, and solved the problem promptly. He was polite, courteous, efficient and informative and got the job done without any hassle. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I had 2 leaking sinks in my kitchen. All joints thoroughly cleaned and replaced. Worn washer replaced and joints sealed. No mess! I am very happy

Friendly, competent engineer (Ryan) who made sure he had the whole picture of our rather messed up install of combi and floor heating before setting up our new Hive system. All went well, but our boiler turned out to be needing serious work as well, which we were not really surprised to learn - its been showing very high pressure while heating. Now getting a new boiler installed by same company. Not bargain basement prices but neither are they unreasonable and we feel that we are getting a quality job. Thanks, Ryan.

Paid for a boiler service. They turned up and after 5 minutes said they couldn't do the service because of an issue with the gas regulator. Gas board fixed the regulator and I'm told I have to pay full price again for them to come back. You pay for a call out not a job. Don't use them.
