Extremely Disappointed with Ploq.se
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Ploq.se that has left me extremely disappointed with their services and customer support.
I had previously encountered misleading ads promising discounts on coffee when purchasing a meal. After making a purchase and not receiving the promised discount, I decided to leave a review expressing my concerns. To my surprise, Ploq.se responded with an apology letter, promising to make a refund at a specific station.
The problem arose when I realized that the station was over 1000km away from my location. I reached out to Ploq.se, providing my bank credentials and contact information, expecting a fair and reasonable resolution. However, despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response.
This complete lack of communication and follow-through is not only disrespectful but also intolerable. It has shattered my trust in Ploq.se, and I can no longer consider using their services.
During my journey throughout Sweden, I relied on ShellPloq services, but I will now actively avoid Ploq.se due to their dishonest practices and disregard for customer concerns. I have photographic evidence and correspondence to support my claims.
It's essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their promises, and unfortunately, Ploq.se failed in this regard.
