I was ordering some Zebra 2D Scanners last minute for a Halloween event and PLM were able to help me out massively.

My first interraction was with Tracey (My number one!!) on the phone who was really down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. She was able to find me a price for the scanners which was so much cheaper than anything else available online, and she and Rob helped put through the order. They were dilligently double checking it was the correct product, even taking time to go to the store room and send photos to make sure it definitely was the product I was after (for my own peace of mind), and they were always prompt with their replies. The products arrived quickly and were well packaged.

This has got to be one of the most down-to-earth, entertaining, and enjoyable interactions / orders I've ever had with a large company, and just a positive experience all round. Keep up the fantastic work!

I purchased 50 WT6000 Zebra Wrist Straps, the price was great and the delivery was very quick. I will purchase again in the future.
