PLINGLISH – Polish Advice Bureau was established to support the Polish community in the UK with everyday, official, and administrative matters. Our mission is to provide reliable assistance in the most challenging situations – from benefit applications and appeals, through tax, immigration, or employment issues, to representing clients before public and legal institutions. We also offer non-sworn translations and support with family, health, or disability-related matters. We assist both individuals and groups, including LGBTQ+ communities, always guided by the principle that the client’s wellbeing and integrity are our highest values.

Anna has been such a huge help to me. I had a really stressful situation with some paperwork and didn’t know where to start, but she calmly explained everything step by step and even filled things out with me so I wouldn’t miss anything. Thanks to her support, it all went through smoothly. She’s patient, reliable, and truly cares about helping people – I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Professional, very friendly, and honest service. Ania is well-versed in many areas, helping and accepting of all those who need help... she doesn't judge, doesn't comment... she simply helps.
It just so happens that I was Ania's first client in Birmingham, and I wasn't disappointed... the matter was resolved. I still use Ania's wide range of services... I recommend her.
Profesjonalna, bardzo mila i uczciwa obsluga. Ania swietnie orientuje sie w wielu sprawach, pomaga i akceptuje wszystkich ludzi ktorzy tej pomocy potrzebuja...nie ocenia nie komentuje...poprostu pomaga.
tak sie sklada ze w Birmingham bylem pierwszym klientem Ani byl to 2016 rok i nie zawiodlem sie...sprawa zostala zalatwiona. do dzis korzystam z szerokiego wachlarza uslug Ani...polecam!
