I have always had great service been…
I have always had great service been using playwell for around 8 years and never had any issues with them. Even if I have it has been resolved fast ,fast delivery and polite and friendly service. Thank you.

BUYER BEWARE!
I bought a pair of training shoes from this guy which didn't fit. This was because he uses what looks like the European sizing system - but which turns out to be a Chinese one - resulting in my receiving tiny shoes.
When I wrote him about this his response was that this, "happens with shoes when buying online".
I requested a full refund - including return costs which - as I pointed out - are the seller's responsibility under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations. He denied that he had this obligation but promised a full refund on the original order. In fact he refunded only the cost of the shoes and kept back the original postage cost - again contrary to The Consumer Contracts Regulations.
His belligerent attitude, refusal to respect consumer law and his falling back onto 'buying online' as a get-out-of-any-responsibility means I for one will never buy anything from this character again - buyer beware!

A lot of hassle to get what I ordered
A lot of hassle dealing with them - order accepted online and card charged with payment but nothing happened - when I followed up I was told I hadn't paid when my bank had confirmed that they'd charged my card, then told they had problems with their website... Multiple promises to phone me back "in a few minutes", "in half an hour" but not once done - always I had to phone them again. Eventually they accepted that they'd been paid and delivered the order correctly. I'd think twice before ordering from them again - too much time wasted and too much hassle.
