Excellent customer service, replied to my email immediately, organised a quote for my products which arrived from the UK to Ireland within three days.

Easy process from start to finish. Parcel arrived promptly and well packaged. Even when there was a slight problem with frame company acted straight away and a new frame was sent. Such a lovely pram which my granddaughter will thoroughly enjoy. Cannot recommend the company strongly enough which is why I gave 5 stars.

Just brought the pram and all the extras,high chair/car seat for my granddaughter . I love it . Top quality. The order came the next day.im so happy with it .

First class customer service from Kimberly. Telephone is answered immediately and queries are dealt with great care and efficiency.
I had ordered the wrong products for a dolls pram and was quickly advised what was needed. Return and replacement sorted out very quickly.

We have a stroller, double stroller and 2 of the 5 in 1 prams and they’re worth every penny we’ve spent. Our girls take their pushchairs everywhere and were often asked where they’re from , especially if they have their rain covers and matching bags.
It’s easy to order and delivery is always quick. Great quality products - we highly recommend

I was kindly gifted a daisy chain pram for free off a friend and it had a tiny piece missing a bit like a screw cover. I emailed the company and explained what I needed, they sent it out free of charge even though I kept offering money to pay for it and received what I needed the next day. I was very impressed with their customer service especially as I didn't buy the pram from them in the first place. I will definitely order something the next time I need things for my kids

Have tried several times to buy a dolls pram,all is well until I try to pay,I contacted the customer service and they replied very promptly, however, still no luck.i have given up and ordered from Amazon, unfortunately more expensive but it was hassle free.

Bought a pram for my 8 year daughter have to say honestly the best online company I’ve dealt with I couldn’t get my address to work rang the girl at the number provided and she honestly couldn’t have been more helpful.. 2 days later my pram arrived..
when my daughter opened it at Christmas she was so happy and still hasn’t stopped talking about it… the quality is amazing and she says she feels like it’s a proper grown ups pram… will definitely recommend to anyone looking

I have bought 3 products from Play Like Mum in the last 2 years. No complaints. This time I ordered a twin pram and on Xmas Eve as I was building it up, I discovered two very small but important pieces missing. I emailed the team and had a response within the hour. The missing pieces were delivered to me within a few days and had it not been for the Royal Mail strike, I would have had them earlier. Whilst having missing pieces on Xmas Eve was not ideal (I should have checked earlier!) the customer service I received to rectify the mistake was fantastic. Efficient and without question. Brilliant!

Had an issue with delivery at no fault of Play Like Mum. The customer service by numerious members of the Play Like Mum team was fantastic. The problem was resolved quickly and effectively. The best customer service I've recieved from an online retailer to date. ... Good customer service can have such a positive impact, don't change play like mum. Thank you 🙏

I purchased two very expensive prams from Play Like Mum and one developed a small fault where a plastic clip separated from a metal rivet. I emailed customer services asking for assistance, explaining that although the pram was 2 years old, it was in like new condition as it had been looked after very well by my daughter.
I expected an offer of repair or a replacement part and was prepared to pay for this, however I received a very curt reply to my email simply stating that they were unable to help.
After complaining I eventually managed to speak by phone to the founder of the company Andrew Coplestone, who was exceptionally patronising and contemptuous. He concluded our conversation by instructing me to put the pram in the bin an purchase a new one from him!!
I am disgusted at the attitude of Play Like Mum’s founder and disgusted with their customer service. I will never purchase from this company again!
