My experience with PlayerProps.AI has been overwhelmingly positive. The app doesn't necessarily tell you what to bet, but it helps you identify advantageous lines and players with a good chance to hit the over or under on a particular line being offered by the sportsbooks. The support from the owner and CEO, Trevis, is outstanding. He has a true desire to help people become better bettors and lose less often. The daily videos and Discord community are phenomenal. If you take advantage of everything being offered, ask questions, never stop learning and follow the guidelines, the app can pay for itself.

If I had one complaint about PPAI, it's that there is no direct control over your subscription in the app itself. You have to email support to cancel your subscription.

What really happens is he gives you -200 plays and it only hits 1/7 times. He had 3 touchdown props this Sunday for example, all 3 of them missed and when I told him about it in support, he just mocked me and said I’m terrible and to try another month and be better. UPDATE: I have photographed proof of saying I’m terrible coming from the OWNER of this organization. Trevis is the name. Their response is just a way to make you feel secure anddump money into their unworthy picks. How can a sports betting company not understand what a -200 odds pick? I wouldn’t go near here off that alone.

2nd Update: Trevis, brother, you can pretend your policy is intended to help your customers and is a way to check in on them, but we both know that’s baloney. Only communication I’ve received from you or your team is the policy is the policy. It’s a scummy policy designed to squeeze people who did not intend to upgrade out of more money. So, we have nothing to discuss. Nothing less than acting in good faith and refunding the auto-upgrade subscription fee will change my experience. That’s the only way I would change or take down this review would be for you to change your policy and act in good faith. You’ve made it clear that’s not going to happen, and I accept that. If you really wanted to have a discourse to help me or the situation, you’d contact me because you have my email, rather then pretend like something will happen if I contact you. I’ve contacted you. I’ve spoken to you. You just referred me to your policy. So save your time, keep my money, you obviously need it, and just stop playing. I’ll keep updating my review so long as you keep going on like you’re going to do anything for me or other customers like me. Have a wonderful day.

UPDATED: Nothing can be done, already stated I did not understand the terms properly regardless how they are displayed when making initial purchase. My problem is with the fact that there is nowhere on the app to manage subscription, while there are plenty of options to upgrade. And then to have a policy to not refund the auto-upgrade when it is immediately requested to be cancelled upon invoice. The policy is counting on people not fully reading the terms, so they can squeeze money out of people who weren’t satisfied with the service. It’s not in good faith. And Trevis saying they will do what they can to make it a positive experience makes no sense because I spoke to Trevis already and he informed me of the terms and that the policy was no refunds even if you request to cancel the service as soon as the auto-upgrade kicks in and you are charged. If they really cared about making it a positive experience, they wouldn’t have this policy, and they would follow the golden rule and refund me. Better yet, here’s some friendly advice on how to make better experiences for customers. 1) give them the option to make the cancellation at anytime within the app with a page to manage their subscription. Just like you have may buttons to upgrade. 2) Instead of this shady policy, why not provide an offer to your customers that might entice them to stay, or at least feel valued on the way out, to which they may consider returning or giving you a shot again someday. Most subscription based companies do just this and act in good faith, so they don’t alienate customers and provide a better experience, even for those who weren’t fully satisfied with the service. Anyways, hope this helps any potential consumers and hope the company takes my advise to heart and starts prioritizing customer experience over penny pinching. Cheers!

The projections weren’t accurate enough to justify the price, but what really disappointed me was the billing/cancellation experience. The trial upgrades automatically and the cancellation process isn’t clearly available in the app. Although, you can upgrade at anytime, which combined with there being nowhere to manage your subscription leads you to think it won’t auto upgrade. Their policy is not to refund subscriptions after being charged, even if you do it within minutes of receiving the invoice and being charged. Being instructed to email support to cancel, and being denied a refund right after the charge feels like a policy designed to squeeze people who didn’t intend to renew. I may be negligent of reading the terms and conditions nobody really reads, but this policy is simply not in good faith. Not a good experience.

All around this company does a good job. Daily Videos. It's not like most apps where it's just projections and that's it. There's rules and a process to follow.

I can count on one hand the number of times I've had a losing day over the past 2 months. Trevis is OP! I won my entire VIP upgrade off of the Free daily shows alone! People always ask, "If they are winning, why would they try and sell a course..." Trevis, is saying, "I'm giving you the same tools I'm using to lose less!" This is the best investment I've ever made!

The app works as advertised, but the absolute best part of upgrading to premium is being able to get involved with such a fantastic, wholesome community that both celebrates each others' wins and helps keep each other grounded when there's a (rare) bad day.

Great app, and Trevis has the passion, and really takes the time to help us become better bettors.
