Amazing customer service! They we're very helpful, and quick to reply. I was skeptic at first, but I received beautifully made cloths and had great after-purchase help. I wholeheartedly recommend this brand.

Excellent Customer Support
The sizing seemed off based on the measurement ranges provided so I had to return the item. The support team was very prompt and pleasant to work with, going above and beyond to resolve issues.

Poor exchange/return service.
Poor exchange/return service.
I ordered a Medium but the shirts run smaller so I contacted PLAYA to exchange it and they gave me an address. I've ordered from smaller apparal companies countless times and this is the first time I had to pay for my own shipping to exchange an item, or they didn't supply a return label. I sent it back and didn't hear anything for over a week until I emailed them to follow up. I was told they would reach out to the warehouse and get back to me. Still not sure what's going on, or when I'll receive my shirt. I love their clothes so it's disappointing. I wouldn't recommend ordering them.

Risposta di PLAYA
Hi Ryan, we're so sorry about your experience. Looking into your order we can see the exchange item was shipped the day after your inquiry - sometimes our emails get sent to junk/spam folders, so please check there! We do indeed cover postage cost for exchanges, we just need you to send us the postage receipt and we will reimburse you back onto your payment method. This information was emailed to you. Any issues please just get in touch at contact@playalondon.com. Thanks and apologies again.

It’s a genuinely fantastic shirt, but it does run a bit small. I’m hindsight I would have gotten a size larger.
