This was the second time we have used platinum interiors, we had our bathroom fitted by them and was very happy, so we didn't think twice about using them again to fit our new kitchen. Martin was very professional, friendly and helpful from the start, he came out and planned the kitchen and came up with some great ideas, he also helped us decide on some of the fixtures and fittings which are excellent quality. Neil and Andy were the fitters and they were very friendly and professional, and they did a great job. The kitchen looks wonderful and we are so pleased with it. Thank you Martin, Neil and Andy we can't thank you enough

Please let me first say that I have no affinity to Platinum Interiors and this was the first time I have used this company.
WOW....what I'm about to describe here is a company that is OUTSTANDING from the moment I walked in the showroom. Ricky is a fabulous guy who is polite, and re-assuring explaining from the outset the products and quality of service the company offers to customers. I explained that I was looking for a total replacement of my medium sized bathroom to a modern design with new everything from flooring , tiles , panels, shower, toilet, bidet, mirrors, cupboard, ceiling, heated towel rails - the whole lot !!! Well, Ricky came to my house and put together a design with an approximate budget that I had in mind. Trust me when I say Ricky knows his stuff - he is highly qualified in bathroom designs. Within the hour Ricky had sketches of my new bathroom and later invited me to his showroom to see his computerised 3 dimensional plan and with just a tweak or two I agreed, paid my deposit and just a few weeks later the work began. Daryl the builder single handedly worked on the bathroom and carefully disconnected existing bathroom wares taking everything out to what I can only describe as a basic shell of a bathroom. This work took several days. The delivery of all new fitments , flooring, panels, and bathroom wares arrived perfectly timed for the new bathroom to begin. Well , Daryl is just an incredible worker who is the best !!! Make no doubt about it I assure you he works like a Trojan he's methodical, and I've never met a worker with the skills like this guy. His work is more than commendable it's BRILLIANT. New panels, walk in shower , ceiling , bathroom wares, mirrors fans the lot and the precision finish is more than superb, it's exemplary!!! Afterwards he made sure I was happy and he cleared and cleaned up which shows his commitment in providing a high quality service. I want to say again - Ricky was fantastic to deal with, a true gentleman, who is there to help from the moment you meet him. Daryl is superb a guy and of the highest standards for a builder. Trust me visit this company and you will not be disappointed !!!

First the friendly and professional help given in the showroom by Martin. Then his design for our kitchen was excellent. It gave us more space yet more storage capacity which designs from other kitchen companies had failed to do. Also the working relationship between platinum and Carl our builder was first class and ensured a smooth build.

Platinum had fitted our new kitchen in August 2024, so when we were looking at bathrooms this year we wanted to include them on our list of places to get quotes from………it ended up being the only quote!!
Martin came to look at the bathroom and give us some ideas, some of which we hadn’t thought about but made so much sense! He made an appointment for us to visit the showroom and look at the 3D plans and the materials and furniture we would prefer. He then gave us the quote and after a quick chat between ourselves we decided to go ahead there and then. It was everything we wanted so there was no need to look elsewhere.
Darryl was our fitter and came along a few days before just to make sure there wasn’t any glitches. Darryl is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced and did a brilliant job, he even suggested a slight alteration to the plan once he had taken the old bathroom out which made a big difference and looks great.
From my experience I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for kitchens or bathrooms and a massive thank you to Martin and Darryl for making it seamless and stress free.

Martin made the experience of shopping for new bathroom items very pleasant. He asked what we wanted and planned the new position of the equipment so well. He gave us a copy of the plan and his mobile number to contact him. All items were delivered on time and were first class. I highly recommend this shop for your bathroom, kitchen or bedroom refit.
