Have used their online service and been walk in customer to their shop in Ballina, Co. Mayo. Find their online service easy to use and they provide prompt delivery. Have never had any issues - on one of my online orders the shoes I had ordered were out of stock, was informed first thing in the morning and received refund in full. No hesitation in recommending.
