I Ordered my plates and to start with a pleasant experience , the plates where great qaulity or so i thought. Last week i had a MOT and my car failed because of the Spacing of the letters so had to buy new plates to get it though the MOT, I thought am i been had here by the MoT Place so took the plates to the local police for advice and they told me my car wouldnt pass on the supplied plates and had i been caught driving on them i would have been fined upto a £1000 , Not Happy and the company are ignoring my emails

I ordered a set of plates with a red border for my wife’s new car, but when they arrived, the border was a horrible orange / brown colour instead. I emailed them with an image of one of the plates so they could see the issue and asked for replacements with a black border instead. They requested that I send the faulty ones back AT MY COST before they would replace them. Why, when they are only going to put them in the bin? That would have been £5+ postage on top of the £38 for the original order because the plates were not as described. They then ignored my emails. Avoid these cowboys like the plague, I only wish I’d checked their reviews prior to ordering 👎🏼

Well ordered my plates and expected to get them within 1 to 2 days working days as advertised. Did I get them no I didn't. Also I paid extra for this delivery. Spoke to the company who just were not interested at all. Well I gave you a chance to give me the money back for my delivery and you didn’t. Read your reviews and sort your customer service team out.

Avoid at all costs. Plate turned up damaged. Then i was told i caused the damage removing the protective green layer. Absolutly terribe site. Go else wear

Very poor quality. 2 digits fell off within 2 weeks of being on car. The digits are attached with a glue like on the back of masking tape, not fit for purpose. On contacting customer service about replacement plates was asked for photos showing the missing letters. I had stuck the letters back on, so they said plates looked fine and no-one else had this issue. From the reviews on here that is not the case (wish I'd read reviews before purchase). Why they didn't take my word and required photographic evidence over a small value purchase is beyond me. Now going to Halfords and binning PFC's useless item. Wonder if a photo of plates in wheelie bin is enough evidence for them?

Terrible product and terrible costumer service!!!

Ordered Then checked Trustpilot for some reason then really panicked and thought my money had gone but I felt I had to leave a good review as they look like they have had a bad time on reviews and my order ran perfect. Happy with the plates , exactly like my design, came packaged well with a green cover and pretty quick ( two days when paying for DPD express)
All in all my personal experience I’d recommend them 👍

Orderd my plates on Wednesday 4D paid a bit extra for delivery but worth it. Delivered today friday, excellent quality and excellent service no complaints here, would highly recommend 👌

Arrived bang on time stated and exactly as ordered, great plates thanks guys.

I ordered my plate, when I received it, it was completely scratched ,looks like been on car for years , I called them and reported the issue I didn't get any answer, the worst customer service and I don't recomend it at all, don't waste your money.

2.5 years after being fitted the backing film with the numbers and letters on started to separate from the front acrylic sheet. Tried to claim under their 3 year warranty but was told because I had not used their own screw caps it was not covered. Ridiculous.

Would of given zero stars if available. Paid for express delivery and still waiting .tried several emails with no results. Have now started to get money back from credit card company

Saw some bad reviews but were excellent with me. Paid for speedy delivery and got it.

DPD Priority service 1-2 days, still waiting after 6 days now, they dont do refunds nor do DPD. Avoid, no customer service and none from DPD also

Sold me carbon plates and has them described as road legal when they are not! Are not registered with DVLA, when requesting a refund they avoid emails and try to drag it out as long as possible, also take 15% of your refund, was told 1/2 dispatch days when the plate hadn’t even been made yet! horrible service avoid!

Plates arrived, I fixed them to the car. The next day a digit had fallen off. Promised a replacement digit that hasn't turned up. Sub standard product which is disappointing after the expense incurred.

I gave them enough time, they are a company I shant be going back to.

The Sales support team mislead me into thinking the plates were supplied with a fixing kit. Subsequently I ordered the plates which did not include the fixings. They will supply separately ata cost of £2.49 for a small bag of screws/caps and postage of £6.99.
ORIGINAL EMAIL ADVICE FROM SALES:
My Question: "Do the plates come with screw caps to match letter and plate colour?"
Sales answer: "Yes white, black and yellow"
No mention that I have to add these to the order.
They are extremely unhelpful.

If you are lucky and you get what you ordered, you will be fine. No one checks your plates and you have no option to rectify any issues.
Barely responds to emails and no telephone number available.
Avoid - avoid - avoid - avoid - avoid - avoid - avoid

I ordered a plate and after ordered I immediately sent an email just to request to allow me to change before the order goes to production.

Here’s transcript of emails - response was very poor and on occasions I had no response.

Worst customers service I’ve had by far for a very long time. I’m all for giving positive reviews but this company just has no customer service skills. £73 I paid not cheap so they kind of took the fun away from it.

I’m disappointed I have not had a response from your company. I’m even more disappointed that I paid £10 for delivery by today latest only to find out the delivery from DPD will be Wednesday.

I’d like a refund of that £10 I paid for extra quick delivery which was guaranteed by Tuesday or at least a partial refund and a response to the original request.

I paid £10 for guaranteed delivery Tuesday - It’s now Wednesday so that was pointless.

In addition as soon as I placed the order I requested for a changed to plate design but didn’t get no response.

I have still not received the item and had no notification from DPD to give me a time slot. According to the app it’s still at their depot not in transit out for delivery.

Again address my points re £10 and the email I sent straight after order requesting to change of order which I did it get a response to?

An apology would also be of some comfort although that should come naturally without customer prompting.

As you can see I was civilised in my emails and other than one generic response they was shocking.
