I appreciate your humbling apology. Thank you.
Please make an effort to answer emails and not ignore them, also I had sent a WhatsApp text message and that was ignored as well, never got a reply back. At the last minute, you refunded a product that I had purchased without any explanation at all. Ordered on the 8th of August and received my order on the 14th of August. I live in Belgium.
I do not know if I will be ordering from your company again. I wish you all the best.

We're sorry for the lack of communication on our part. We are a very small business and we're away for a long holiday weekend so we couldn't respond quickly to your messages which we should've arranged better and will definitely do next time.

Prima producten, heb de afwasborstel met reserve borstels besteld. Afwasmiddel werkt prima. Terracotta bakje is gesneuveld tijdens transport helaas. Gelukkig zelf een mooi bakje waar stuk zeep inpast.

Orderer through TikTok app, got the starter kit/ try out.
Shipped on time, got GLS+insurance, they do just that. It arrived safely, 0 dmg, good amount of filler in the box to keep it whole.
Only point I have is that maybe some of the bamboo handles could use a bit of sanding/sealing afterwards because I think they might develop splinters soon.
