Great company, great food
We were generously gifted a £75 Planty voucher as a Christmas present and acknowledging a difficult 6 weeks of being unable to weight-bear after breaking my ankle. The gift was perfect; delicious tasty meals in our freezer, purely requiring reheating. Great company, great food.

Christmas Dinner box ! Wow !
I purchased these meals for my Dad who is vegan and sadly just diagnosed with dementia, he forgets to eat and cooking is something he just doesn’t do anymore, the 2 normal boxes we received were excellent, but the reason I am writing this review is because I just cooked him the Christmas dinner box and it was absolutely fantastic ! Fresh tasty ingredients, great variety and the whole thing was ready in around 40 mins ! I highly recommend these meals !

Delicious, healthy and tasty food. Highly recommend it.
I always have some in the freezer for those nights when we can't be bothered to cook. They have many options of meals and desserts and the website is very easy to navigate. Great customer service as well 🙂

Just Great
I am carer to my partner who is a carnivore (Ugh) and I have to prepare all meals. I have been using Planty for my own food for about 18 months. The food is delicious, wholesome and well priced. The company is fabulous, reliable and fair. What could anyone want more!

So convenient and full of flavour
I'm a fairly fussy vegetarian who hates cooking, but wants to be healthy, and I find Planty very convenient to use. They have a lot of choice in their meals which are easily stored and cooked. They taste delicious and do fill you up. Nothing I have had so far is lacking flavour. On the whole they are healthy and fresh tasting. Delivery is convenient and if I'm out I know I don't need to worry about them de-frosting as they are packed well. For the price it is good value as I would spend more in a supermarket and probably throw some away too. Supermarket foods also seem to rot quickly so frozen meals are a lot more convenient. I have been using them for about 5-6 months now and don't think I will stop. I even bought a second freezer for my garage to store the meals in!

Tiny meals, awfully designed, bad customer service.
Tiny meals, very very poorly designed with awful taste. I tried to get a refund but was refused unless I provided my own courier service for frozen goods - obviously more costly than the order. Shameful daylight robbery - as a vegan of 20 years, it was even more disappointing - I also tried some of the other meals included in my order and all were tiny, poor quality, lacked variety and bulked with the same root vegetables. I really appreciate a family business, but that doesn’t mean they should con people - £7 for two TINY deserts that were so dull, unimaginative and didn’t even have lids.. come on… you can do better for these asking prices (which aren’t nothing).

Your order included a large selection of different meals, and we did refund the specific item you contacted us about. As we are a frozen food service, we’re unable to issue refunds for meals without them being returned or without evidence of a fault.
As a small business, we have to apply our policies fairly and consistently so we can continue providing our service to all customers. Taste is very personal, and with the variety included in your order, we’d encourage you to try some of the other options as many customers find favourites after sampling a few meals.
We appreciate you giving us a try and wish you all the best going forward.
Not 100% decided yet, but happy to keep trying!
I had my first order from Planty, of 6 meals, a smoothie mixture and a dessert. 3 meals I really didn't like and would not have again. The dessert and 3 meals I definitely would, with particular favourites the beetroot stew and dumplings and the roast dinner (which I could happily have most nights of the week, to be honest, it was so tasty!)
It really seemed for me to be delicious or inedible with no in-between, but maybe that's just me.
So I'm back for more, with a few new to try. Fingers crossed, because it's such a lifesaver for me at the moment.
(I also found they were much better in the oven than the microwave, but that might just be my microwave.)

I love Planty so much
I love Planty so much, I am on my second box already!
I work till 8pm and don't get home until 9pm and this is perfect for me, as I'm terrible with batch cooking or cooking for myself in general.
Meals are tasty, they don't need any additional seasonings! Plenty offers some classics as well as things I'd never cook myself!
However the planty app could be a bit more interactive- I'd love to review my meals, so I remember what I really like and what I liked a little less, that would be super helpful!

Love Planty so far! I am a vegetarian triathlete, and I don't have time to cook, but I still need nutritious meals that are high in calories and protein. Don't worry, they have low-calorie, high-protein options too. This food service saves me a tremendous amount of time!

I look and feel great since using planty
Lush food. I struggle to get all my nutrients being a working single mam and vegan. I decided to order through planty and I feel like I have more energy. I look healthier and younger. It’s been a game changer for me. Very impressed!

Great Food
The meals genuinely taste amazing, and you can tell the quality is high. I’ve tried multiple other food subscription services, and this is by far the best one I’ve found. It’s a great vegan service, packed with flavour, and there’s so much choice.
The portion sizes are spot on too — really satisfying without feeling heavy — and each meal feels like great value for money.
For me, the biggest selling point is how easy it makes life. After a long day, being able to grab something from the freezer and have a healthy, plant-based meal ready with no effort is a dream. It’s hands down my favourite meal service, and I’d definitely recommend it (and already have to family and friends!).
