Tried Planty with my partner and was really impressed. I love how they make vegan food genuinely tasty and far from boring. I’m not vegan myself, but Planty’s meals don’t make you feel like you’re missing out on anything.

Overall, I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to eat more plants and cut down on meat in their diet.

Absolutely spot on for me. Delicious and perfect portion size meals, brilliant customer service. Easy to order, great range of plant based meals and divine selection of breakfasts and desserts(especially sticky toffee pudding) highly recommended 👌

Planty has been a great find. I usually like to make my own food but these have been great for lunch time because I don’t tend to have enough time

I ordered for the first time, have ordered vegan dishes from other companies but decided to give Planty a try. Really impressed with the delivery service to my door in the slot given. I had a different meal every night and have to say each one was delicious. Can’t wait for my next box 👍😋

I’ve absolutely loved ordering from Planty! I mainly keep a stash of meals in the freezer for days when I have no energy to cook, and it’s saved me from ordering expensive and unhealthy takeaways… a real game changer!

However, upon checking today, I was really shocked and disappointed to learn that their Food Hygiene Rating from the FSA has been downgraded from 5 (very good) to 2 (improvement necessary)! That’s a major concern and it’s made me hesitant about placing my next order.

I suppose it’s like going to any restaurant - you don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, but such a big drop in the space of a few months seems drastic. Would love to have a response to this review to help put my mind at ease 🙏

So far so good, I've just finished a week of Planty meals. I'm very impressed with the wide range of vegan meals to choose from and they are all genuinely delicious!

They are really helping me stick to a calorie controlled diet & get a decent amount of protein without spending hours cooking and calculating everything.

I also appreciate that now I don't have to eat the same thing every day like I was with my bulk food preps which was taking up too much time as I'm self employed and already really busy!

The only improvements I could suggest would be to make it really obvious that they are to remain in the freezer as I didn't realise this at first and had them all in the fridge! A big label on the front would be brilliant.

Twice my ordered Planty box did not arrive. The first message read, box must be destroyed as it had been over 24 hours. Second box did not arrive at all and monies were taken out of my account. Emails were sent requesting what had happened and to date, there has been no reply.
A quick update; My Planty box arrived this afternoon and the food is now stored safely in my freezer. Looking forward to tasting the meals which look delicious. 16/05/2025

I’m honestly shocked with how bad the food is, it’s very bland. I feel like the other reviews must be fake or paid for, I ordered 12 different meals so I’ve definitely tried a full spread and honestly I had to season the living daylights out of every one to make them passable. Not good, I followed the cooking instructions religiously and half of them were still swimming in their juices, had to drain them off. Ew. EDIT/response - I have ordered from you, trust pilot has confirmed this after you tried to remove it, I even got a very off email from your ‘founder’ asking me if I wanted more free food, to which I naturally declined.

Good variety, decent portion of great tasting food.

Fantastic meals 😋 wonderful customer service very helpfull but most of all very reliable. My delivery got delayed in transit but planty re organized everything and delivery next day.

The food is delicious, priced decently but most of all, their customer service is amazing. I love their high protein options 💪

Meals are genuinely delicious and full of deep flavour. I'm really impressed - 'ready meal' doesn't do them justice. I've found it so helpful for sticking to calorie controlled meals that don't feel like a punishment!

The food is great, ordering and delivery are fast and easy. I used to use allplants and frankly, the plany meals are better. All the meals I tried were great (although, obviously some were better than others)

I absolutely love this company!!!! Their meals are varied and absolutely delicious and are healthier than normal store bought meals. Also, their customer service is incredible, I've been buying their meals for years and any time I've contacted them they've gotten back to me instantly and sorted any queries I might have had. I cannot recommend this company enough!

The concept behind Planty is great and the purchase and delivery for the time being went really well, but unfortunately none of the dishes I've tried were great. Some were good, some were mediocre. I'm a bit disappointed because the recipes seemed interesting, but they are just not so flavorful.

The best thing I've ever done! I started using Planty about a month ago and was blown away by the quality. I started using Planty as a way to improve my eating habits and to be healthier generally, but struggled to find a company that did healthy, nutritious and balanced meals. I discovered Planty and have not looked back since. The food is fresh and delicious, you can tell that there is a team of chefs behind each meal as they change every so slightly and always for the better! The fact that you can freeze them makes it an easy experience, and means you can figure out what you want to do day by day. There have been a few meals I didn't like as much, but the customer service team (Chloe!!) and the website itself was incredibly helpful, and I have now got a full set of 12 meals I genuinely look forward to eating. Hardly any washing up, the dishwasher only has to go on a few times a week which is a dream!! My recommendations are: The roast dinner (something to look forward to every sunday), the Not-a-chicken Tikka Masala and The Shakshuka.

Super tasty, professional and reliable service and great to have the option of microwave or oven cooking. I love the high protein content too! Would definitely recommend!
