Terrible/non-existent customer service
I ordered a handbag my wife wanted for Christmas on 5 December, appreciating Plantwear said it would take 10 business days to 'process' the order. After this time had been and gone, with no confirmation, I emailed twice with no reply. However, after 13 days I got an email saying it had been dispatched, which included a tracking number which the courier website said was invalid. I emailed Plantwear to ask for the correct code but again no reply. Their website says it should then take 2-4 business days but eventually received it on 10 January (after 10 business days). The handbag is of good quality but it was frustrating to see, looking at the shipping label, that Plantwear had made a typing error on tracking number they had sent me. I've emailed them to give feedback...I've had no reply. I totally agree with another Trustpilot reviewer in that their customer services is non-existent and frankly the lack of response to any communication is simply rude.
