We ordered 10 plants and had them shipped to Memphis this past summer in 100+ degree weather . They were packaged great to survive the heat in the trucks and arrived perfect . I would definitely recommend plants4home . I’m ordering more plants for the fall from them !

I ordered 2 Romantika Clematis from this business that died even after very careful care. They were over $50 a piece and I have texted, emailed, filled out their Contact Us form on their websire numerous times and have received NO RESPONSE. I finally found a phone number for them (206.941.4187) which went directly to voicemail. DON'T purchase from this company! I guess my only option now is to dispute the credit card charge.

I hate having to call this company out in public but it is literally the only way to get their attention. I put in an order in May and never heard anything about it. I wrote a bad review of their site elsewhere in July and somebody contacted me and said they'd look into it and get back to me. And since they never did, I have to complain once more. The growing season here is almost over, so if they don't send me these plants soon I'll need a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Just avoid them and save yourself the trouble.

5 stars! These folks are consummate professionals. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but they are on top of everything in packing and shipping. They really went out of their way to make sure things went smoothly.

In my search for Clematises I came
Upon Plants4Home - I ordered (2)
Duchess of Edinburgh clematis,
One was in excellent shape and form
The other not so much - I believe
it was due to a Hot spell during
shipping because the packing soil
was dry and the planted was withered.
It never recovered after planting
While the Healthy one Flourished…
I thought here comes the runaround
NOooooo it was
“ Andrea to the rescue”
I contacted P4H and got a quick response
which included planting tips and information on growing Clematis successfully…Andrea was not a “Professional service agent”
She wasn’t even close to one!
I mention that because Professional People tend to be Cold-Selfish and
Impersonal. Andrea represented
Pants4Home quite well, She was more
Like Your Helpful Nextdoor Neighbor who Watches over your Child or Helps you find your lost Puppy - Very Kindhearted
and Trustworthy… She was very prompt
In replacing my Duchess with a Beautiful
“Multi Blue” Clematis ( They were out
Of Duchess of Edinburgh’s).
Andrea is Amazing - P4H will be my
New go to when ordering Clematises

I just ordered a plant I needed in my landscape design from Plants4home.com because I could not find it in any of our local nurseries. It arrived in perfect condition and was a beautiful specimen. Now it's thriving in my garden. I highly recommend Plants4home.com.

Plants4home delivered a great product well packaged and quickly from Washington to Florida. Thank you. I need a spider plant now :)

These people are dishonest. They sell 1 gallon plants, are 3-4 weeks later than they advertise and the plants inside the gallon pots are actually newbies in a 2.5 inch container, that the roots don't even fill.

Don't buy anything from these people. They are liars.

I have ordered hard to find plants from Plants 4 Home two different times and both times the plants arrived in great shape and packed well for shipping. I will definitely order from them again.

I would NOT buy anything from this company. I placed an order recently for some plants that were delayed. The plants arrived yellow and droopy and are going to take a while to recover. While the delay was not entirely on them, I found their lack of willingness to make the situation right disgraceful. They put the entire blame on the shipping carrier. I will never purchase another item from Plants4Home again.

I ordered several plants from this vendor which I later requested to be cancelled. I sent five emails to date and have not received a response. Nor have I received the plants. I will be contacting my credit card company to stop payment.

I would never order from them.

The company doesn't deliver and doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. Their stated address 20103 NE 133rd St, Woodinville, WA 98077, is an apartment building, according to the Woodinville police department. Sounds like fraud to me

1. I purchased maybe 5+ plants at different time this spring to summer( wisterias and clematis) from plants4home.com. All of them came well packaged and in excellent condition. Since then I order five more plants simply because I trust their quality of plants and packaging and the fact their plants survived even during the prolonged heat wave this year.
2. I did find their email system is bogged down with hundreds of emails, just like most other smaller operations. If you have questions or needing customer service help, your best bet is texting their communication coordinator Andrea at 425-922-8720 for prompt response. I “strongly vouch” for Andrea. She is super responsible, knowledgeable and helpful. She even went out of her way to help me with my purchase.
3. I hope this general review will help you to understand their overall performance.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a plant company. Very nice people and great products.

Plants arrived quickly after shipping and the packaging was superb. Healthy, happy plants. Excellent customer service too. Quick reply to my inquiries along with some professional advice. 5 star experience!

I don’t think they even have any of the plants this company is claiming to have.
What a waste of time, money and energy.
Now I have to work with PayPal to get my money back.
Learn from my experience and don’t buy from them.

Wow, NEVER-EVER again will I order from them! ZERO communication EXCEPT that they got my order. I reached out to them 3 times over the course of 6 weeks for a status update and NOTHING! I finally got American Express to investigate and made a claim. Within 36 hours American Express reversed the charges and got my money back. Still ZERO communication from plants4home with any apology or explanation! Buyer Beware

Andrea assisted me with ordering questions to assure I ordered the right plants. Plants came all packaged well, healthy, and ready to plant. I will order from this company again.
