I ordered 2 raised beds from Costco Wholesale. My money was collected and a shipping confirmation sent. The tracking site showed the shipment delivered across the country. They insisted it was delivered to my home and I should ask my neighbors. Several attempts to request my refund were denied. I had to work through my bank to ensure they didn't scam me further. I should have known better.
I ordered two raised beds from “Costco wholesale” Facebook ad my first mistake I should know better. Received confirmation email, detailed tracking then statement that my package had been delivered. About the time of said delivery I received a cheep pair of sunglasses I never ordered. DO NOT OEDER THIS IS A SCAM. $65 later I’m very upset!!
Do not buy from this merchant. You will NOT receive your order. First it will be delayed, then we you get it, it will not be what was paid for. I order 4 planter beds for 69.98 USD and received sunglasses worth maybe .50cents USD. they will not replace the order with correct product and only refund 10% of the value.

We had communication at first. Then their site stopped accepting emails from my server. So nothing has been resolved.
Completely fraudulent company. Like everyone else, I thought I was buying raised planter beds off of a Facebook ad. I paid almost $60, and never received anything. Contacted them multiple times for a refund--they agreed to give me one, but nothing ever happened. Absolute scam.
As other reviewers have posted, this website is a scam. I also ordered arched planterbeds 4 weeks ago and still have not received them. The ad for the items ordered appeared on Facebook, and yes i should have known better. It advertised as an American site, then I received a tracking number from China. Nothing was ever sent. When I contacted the company, they offered a 10% refund. Do not trust, avoid at all cost.

Ordered planter with arch on April 30, 2023 for 40.00 (56.00 cdn). June 4, 2023 has received nothing to date. even have a confirmation number. Search Planterbeds. com you end up with a clothing store. Tried the website and the store is closed.
