Just added a 4th Planks Ski Jacket to my collection of Planks wear. Bought the new 24 Shell Charger in Mushroom colour. Love the Shell Charger jackets, they are perfect for all weather conditions as you can layer up or down to suit. As well as looking awesome to shred! The quality is unmatched and has all the features you need and want.
Been buying Planks since day dot and will continue to do so for years to come.

I got the Men’s Charger 3L Shell Jacket, and it’s amazing. It’s very warm, and wind doesn’t get through or creep up the back, making it perfect for windy, wet conditions.

Great website, customer service was excellent and the products super cool. They get everything right!

The shopping experience was very convenient, the website is designed well and is easy to navigate. My items arrived a day early so even better than punctual. I had some questions about the item (jacket) and the customer support team answered promptly and were very informative
Overall great experience

A brand I’m proud to own. High quality and the balance of technical functionally vs style. Amazing community to be part of and I will only be wearing Planks for the rest of my skiing days.

I’ve been waiting 4 months for just a response via email from planks customer services, absolutely appalling service. £267 down the drain as my ski jacket is faulty, expected more from them. No phone number to contact, tried twitter, Facebook and Instagram and still nothing. AVOID, 48 hour response time is a LIE

I never usually complain, however I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received with planks clothing. I sent a jacket back on the 4th June 2024 and still have not received a refund, despite the tracking confirming it has been delivered to Planks Clothing. I have emailed numerous times over the past 6 weeks and not had any response from them. Order number: 58954.

Where is Planks customer service?

It's been nearly a month since I returned 2 items (£440) to Planks via their designated courier, Yodel. Delivery was confirmed by Yodel but I've heard nothing from Planks.

No acknowledgement, no refund, no response to my emails, no phone number to contact them on.

Order number GB58955 -- please, Planks, can you solve this?

After returning £700 worth of clothing to Planks, my husband and I have not received a refund, nor have they responded to multiple email enquiries as to what's happening.
I really don't know how else to get in touch with them.
Really diabolical customer service. Shame, as I have been a big fan until now.

All items I’ve received from planks have surpassed my expectations the pictures on the website don’t do the products justice I’ve ordered a jacket bibs hoodies etc and love them all

I’m an avid fan of planks and once again they’ve come out on top! Bought my day tripper fleece as part of the end of season sale and I absolutely love it. It’s insanely warm and the fit is perfect, especially for my style which I like slightly baggy. The fleece has plenty of pockets and comes with a chest one which is useful for your phone when not shredding

I placed an order on 25th April and my account was debited on the 26th April. Since then I have had no email to say the order has been dispatched and despite 3 emails to the team at Planks have not been provided with any update on the order.

I have no issue paying for postage but when the order is not shipped in the 3-5 days stated this does leave a bad taste and was not received in time for a 30th birthday.

Please can someone get in touch to resolve this either by confirming the order status or arranging a full refund include the postage costs.

I have a set on the fun-garees bib pants and the pacemaker insulated gloves, both super comfy and hard wearing. They've lasted one season so far and hopefully many more to come.

Great design and practical out on the mountain

Was in the store about a year or two ago. Bought some base layers and a hat. Recently visited again and the vibe was the same. Super nice people and a brilliant brand. 10 out of 10!

Absolutely lovethe riding hoodie, excellent quality products. Would recommend.

Very good sale saved 80% and just received them after only 4 business days which is quite fast considering I’m from Europe.

Stumbled across Planks by chance before an end of season trip I was taking some of my school kids on.

Ended up buying a few items from their sale. Really impressed by the quality and prudent design. A bonus was the cred it got me from the ski rep who was with us.

Would definitely buy Planks kit again.
