I'm still waiting for my order for over 2 weeks now, I have tried to contact through email but it doesn't work. I don't know what to do.

We contacted you via WhatsApp because, as far as I can see, there were no messages from you on WhatsApp or in our email. We sent you the product label with the tracking code and a photo of the product.

Product hasn’t arrived, no customer service

Product hasn’t arrived. Their contact@ email address bounces back. No response on their contact WhatsApp - I’m stuck with no customer service and no product :(

I have now sent you photos of your jersey along with the shipping label and tracking information via WhatsApp.

Your order was dispatched at the beginning of last week and is currently in transit. Based on the estimated delivery timeframe, it will most likely arrive sometime this week.
