Awful site never ever win anything bonus none existent needs investigating!

Won't let me withdraw my money. Sent them my new card info and don't respond.

They've made me add a new card and deposit which I have . They still haven't withdrawn my balance

Held an account for about a year making (small) bets and getting instant payment of winnings every time - literally in my bank account within an hour. No issues at all.

I have won some money on roulette then it says issue contact customer support. I message them then I get no email back apart from I have to verify my account? I have had it for months. Seems very dodgy the fact they owe me money but won’t reply but can send that email? I also have proof of the win.

Made several deposits, been paid out small amounts. Made 2 small deposits in one day and account suspended fill in a questionaire to unlock. Done that not unlocked, so self excluded which means they have to return my balance.
If they want documents they should ask before 1st deposit. I assume from their very low limits and other's experience they have no intention of paying out even £20k, will just string you along asking for more documents. Luckily I never won big, will stick to betting with cash in a shop.

A double was placed, the 1st leg won and the 2nd part was on an NFL player. The game KO was some 7hrs after the bet was placed.

The 2nd leg won and the return was due to be £3,250 odd.

They subsequently said that the 2nd selection was incorrect and should be 7/5 and not 5/1. They had over 7 hrs to sort this (pre game and during) and we can all agree that should the roles be reversed (should be 5/1 and they gave 13/8), they would have ignored it and let it be.

Anyway, I was out of pocket by over £2,000!

To make it worse, I spent £300 on saver bets on the NFL thinking I'd get some sort of return as a worse case scenario.

Not only have they ignored and delayed responding (after chasing several times), of course they referred to their "get of jail free" card by saying it's in their t's & C's.

They gave a £250 free bet which is nothing when I'm out of pocket by £2,000 (shortfall in bet payment) and £300 in saver bets.

They simply do not care and value their customers.

The only way to contact them is via email. There is no chat or phone facility so ignoring things is easy from them.

It just shows that these organisations can basically do what they want and make up any odds and say "it was an error" at any stage they want!

Just joined the account and it got suspended off I joined and deposited £10 and 12 lots of £90 and a tenner went to with jury and then it was my account suspended. The website offer sign-up offers, take your money and then don't honour the free bets. Absolute scam. Do not sign up!

Absolutely useless! Tempt you in with sign up bonuses, then you don't receive them after making your qualifying deposit!! Don't bother trying to contact them either as they won't reply...absolute sham of a company, stay well away

No live chat options but otherwise not too bad. I joined yesterday deposited £10 and lost it, deposited another £15 and won, made 2 withdrawal £20 & £70 today dinner time and was in my bank by tea time and just made another £50 withdrawal before coming to write this

Can’t comment just yet but checked trust pilot. Had the account for a while and verified it with passport and utility bill / bank statement. Withdraw £200 around 5pm and still pending. So will wait and see if they come at me for more documents and verification. Doesn’t seem to be good reviews on here. Although was able to withdraw and account isn’t suspended. Will update when receive withdrawal.

i was loving this site with no problems whatsoever, but tried to withdraw today and its saying account suspended. can someone please shed a little light on why this has happened. yesterday i withdrew with no problems but tonight seems to be different??
*** update*** they wanted proof passport etc so sent them, just waiting for them to release the funds. will update again when ive got my funds.
**** update*** they sent me the funds 3 days later and after winning a couple of grand I've decided take a break for 6 weeks :) I'm not sure why people are saying bad things about the site because every email I sent was answered within a few hours great site all round with good games.

I deposited, won a bonus and then account got suspended. No replies to my emails. Still got my money in my account that I can't get in to withdraw. Out and out thieves. Stay well clear.

No contact details apart from an email address which after 6 emails sent & 12 days, no reply! Withdrew £260 and haven’t received a penny!! In the hands of the police for theft and fraud now

Another scam gambling site that takes your money and then immediately suspend you before you can withdraw or use any free bet offers. Do not use!

Would give it 0 if I could. As with others below, account suspended, money still in account. Documents have all gone to them, with no response and no way to get into the account to withdraw the funds. Multiple emails sent, still no response. Resigned to the fact now that the money is probably gone.

As others have said, even if you're desperate for a bet, stay away from these guys and play with one of the big companies.
