Yummy Doughnuts
I ordered for the first time a selection of Doughnuts to give them a try. The order process was great and dispatched promptly. The flavours were really good with a nice variety. My only small issue was I found the doughnuts itself rather dry.
Would definitely order again.

A gift for my birthday. Arrived absolutely beautifully packaged, fresh and amazing yo look at. And each flavour was unbelievably delicious. My first experience of planet doughnuts but not my last. Absolutely amazing!!!

We ordered a selection of allergen free doughnuts for our wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous. Our guests were thrilled and felt very special! I would recommend that others give them a try as they really are yummy. Warning - they are huge so might need to eat in two sittings! 😝

Absolutely loving this new doughnut; ONE NIGHT IN DUBAI
This chocolate iced doughnut is filled with a velvety pistachio paste centre, topped with crunchy pistachio pieces and indulgent chunks of rich Dubai chocolate.
It’s so large and delicious that I savoured it over two days. Too good to eat all at once. 😋

Delivery was next day and arrived fresh and with no damage to the products. The donuts themselves were lovely too. I would recommend.

I checked for delivery restrictions…
I checked for delivery restrictions before ordering and there were none listed. After ordering I’ve had an email to say they’ll cancel or charge £16.50 for delivery due to my address. I asked for the delivery to be cancelled and suggested that they list the delivery restrictions on the website. They acknowledged the cancellation without an apology or an acknowledgment of the lack of information on their website. Could have been handled better.

To clarify, our delivery restrictions is clearly stated within our terms and conditions page under the header: ONLINE ORDERS, which says "our next day delivery service is only available to mainland UK addresses and excludes the Scottish Highlands or Islands, Ireland, the Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. If an order is placed for delivery to one of these locations, we will contact you with the option to pay the additional delivery charge or cancel the order for a full refund."
We understand your frustration and appreciate your suggestion regarding clearer information on the website. We are reviewing how this is communicated to help avoid similar confusion in the future.

Ordered online yesterday after seeing the donuts from vegangirlboss. Had to reach out to their customer service after I used the autofill address and added the wrong one. Donuts got delivered this morning. 5* service
I only got one filled donut as they don’t give descriptions for each donut, so I feel like I’ve been scammed

A great selection of gorgeous doughnuts
A great selection of colourful, well designed and delectable looking doughnuts which totally satisfied the taste buds too. A great size, not too big, not too small and sent in a really fun box which kept them fresh for the 48 hours advertised. Only negative was they arrived a little later than expected. I ordered them on a Thursday evening and they didn't arrive until Tuesday. This was the only real issue, otherwise great service and very tasty, thought out doughnuts!

Regarding the delivery timing, I completely understand your concern. I’ve checked your order and can see it was placed at 9:15pm on Thursday. As noted on our website, at checkout, in your order confirmation email, and in our terms and conditions, our final cut-off for Friday delivery is 1pm on Thursdays. Any orders placed after this time are dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery, which is why your doughnuts arrived when they did.
We really appreciate your feedback and are so pleased you loved the doughnuts overall! We hope to welcome you back again soon.

Love the mini doughnuts, just the right size for grandchildren, and oldies too.
Difficult to get delivery day right unless you only order the day before you want then!
