Their rep on day one was superhelful and hence we decided to go with Planet Blue Energy. Similar to other reviews and customer experience since they are subcontracting it out, they seem to have no clue whats going on. They came with only some of the parts on the day said they would be back next week to finsih connection. They did however manage to leave nails on the ground after installation causing 2 punctures for the privelege. 3 weeks later and still waiting on their return,no one replies to customer support email, job is still not complete and the worst is that i have paid in full the amount quoted. They have failed to turn up twice so far without any notice and dont seem to realise or care that people take time off work to be there to meet them. I absolutely would not recommend this company. Hugely disappointed.

i cannot get ahold of them on the phone and no one answers an email, or a phone call. ..... if their follow up care is like this, makes me very very wary

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them.
Everything is done by a sub contractor, Circet. Communication was very bad between the two.
They forgot equipment on two occasions, never organised a callout and cancelled a callout.
Also support isn't good. Can't get through to them, and they don't seem to have a high level of technical knowledge, I'm getting more information myself from Facebook groups.
Overall an extremely disappointing and frustrating company to deal with.

Very helpful from the start , everything was explained clearly from beginning to end. Darren the sale’s rep was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and willing to take a call at anytime and explained the whole process clearly. Extremely Unreliable. We were given multiple dates for assembly of solar panels & EV charger. Solars were installed on 3rd attempt and still no EV charger eventhough all was meant to be installed on the same day. Had to take multiple days off and no show no one even bothered to inform us that actually no one was coming totally unprofessional and poor service. Once you ring them there is always excuses and promises. This is very unprofessional and shows lack of respect for customers and their time.

We met with a number of companies, but when we met Colin, the sales representative from Planet Blue Energy, we were very impressed. He was a wealth of information—attentive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions.

We recently had 14 panels and a 10kW battery installed over the course of two days. The installation went smoothly, and we’re already seeing the benefits from our solar system.

Got 18 panels, battery, inverter and eddie installed. Very efficient and quick process. Very neat installation and secure. Recent storm in Jan did no damage to the panels whatsoever!
From start to finish, process was very smooth. A special shout out to Frans who is exceptionally helpful, as are all the staff.
I would recommend them without any hesitation.

My experience with Blue Planet was a positive one and would recommend.From day one meeting Zaffy to their back room staff,they all seem to be on the ball.Slight glitch with an earth rod but that was more an issue with the contractor rather than blue plant..We got 14 panels ,solis inverter and battery..Install was very neat and tidy..Their price was as competitive as other installers out there..

I found the staff to be polite, helpful and efficient. The installation process was quick with just one call back for minor programming issue.

The culture appears to be; deal with issue immediately and complete the task with least fuss.

The employees came across as a happy bunch.

The professionalism in the approach from Blue Planet was excellent. Their presales and commercial engagement was great and the delivery was equally impressive. Nothing was too much trouble.
