Been wanting these travis x frags for a long time. But I definitely was not 2k for them. Quality is great. Sure u can tell they may be "fake" if u know what to look for. But I could care less. I love this shoe. Shipping was fine, I got mine faster then when I order from Goat or StockX. Overall I can't wait to get another pair of shoes that I'm not paying $$$$ for when these are so close u can't really tell. Very happy.

Shoes were fine but slow process

sneakers are good but it took almost two weeks to get them. communication really needs to improve honestly.

Awful customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes in early November. I was unaware my house didn’t receive direct USPS delivery, which they only offer. So the first pair was sent back. While they were being sent back, the tracking stopped. Apon me asking for the same pair to be resent back to me, the employee I spoke with told me it was my fault they got lost and were destroyed, and I had to buy a new pair as no refund would be given. I then bought another pair. The new pair were never sent according to the tracking number they gave, but the same employee said they were delivered. They are now telling me it was my fault again! Awful customer service. They didn’t even bother trying to fix it and insist it’s my fault USPS lost them and then destroyed them. Utter joke

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! It took two months to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, the size was wrong. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but they completely ignored my emails. Extremely disappointing! I do not recommend this store—poor service and no accountability.

I ordered shoes and was sent a size…

I ordered shoes and was sent a size smaller than ordered. I’ve been requesting a return and they are not honoring my request. I keep receiving an email asking the same question ‘wht?’ My answer has repeatedly been ‘the shoes are the incorrect size.’ Based off how this has transpired, I ordered from another dealer. Meanwhile still requesting to return these shoes with a full refund!

This company is legit

This company is legit! Not only are they legit, but they are honest. I made a mistake on my order, called them, instantly they helped me get everything taken care of. (Which, in this day and age, its very hard to even speak to a live person) I look forward to my next purchase! My teenagers are happy with the selection. Im happy with the price:)
