I ordered a tree, but it was severely damaged when it arrived with a broken leader, loose roots, tiny size (only 1.5-foot buckeye for $170). After giving me one excuse after the next for 2 months, they didn't do anything at all to make ammends, so I will never order another plant from this disreputable company. My advice would be that you don't either.
PIXIE GARDENS is the most AWFUL nursery in the U.S.A. DO NOT buy any plants, trees, or anything from them. You cannot trust PIXIE GARDENS! All of the agents tell you different things. You can NEVER get a straight answer from them. NEVER GIVE PIXIE GARDENS any of your business! I warned you! SO many other nurseries that are decent and have great customer service. Pixie Gardens is NOT ONE OF THEM!
This company has shown the worst service ever. I ordered several small 1-2 gal plants and paid over $60 each as I thought they would be premium healthy plants. What I got was severly diseased plants with bugs crawling all over and eating them. I contacted customer service and was asked to submit pics of the plants which I did. The reply said they agreed the plants did not meet their standards. My question is if they grow these plants themselves and ship to customers why they sent them out like that. Anyway to make a long story shorter I followed up, reply was sending to customer service for review. The was May 27th. I told then the next day I was not shipping them back, they aren't worth it, plus I'm not paying the shipping to get them boxed and shipped either. I said I did not want replacements as I believe they would be the same, I wanted a refund. So for days now , its 6/2 and always the same answer .... waiting for customer service to review the case. I do not believe them, and this feels like a scam! They can keep the money, they lost way more is repeat business and good reviews because they got just this sale and earned many 1 star reviews in the process. If you want to buy plants online, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company, You will surely regret it if you place an order. So my review goes in with the many other terrible reviews! DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!
