My son has been at Pixieland Saltash for 10 months and absolutely loves it. He's developed so much being around other children. The staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Everyone in each of the rooms are lovely and welcoming. Especially Jodie and Emily, who have made our littles one’s time there so memorable. I can’t recommend the nursery enough.

Could not recommend pixieland saltash enough. My little has been going since 9 months and thriving in the baby room. There always seems to be lots going on and the pictures we get sent on the app, the artwork she comes home with and all the updates show what a great time they have all had. All staff we have met are amazing and so accommodating, particularly Lucy and Lily from the baby room who deal a lot with our pick ups and handovers. They are always so happy and friendly and I’ve never had a tear at drop of because of this. They really make me feel at ease leaving my little one there and always tell me about her day at pick up. So big thank you to them as well as all the other amazing staff

Would highly recommend pixie land Mannamead. My little one started nursery in September and already loves nursery and leaves full of smiles.

We've had such a wonderful experience with this nursery — both of our children have absolutely thrived here! The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and always go the extra mile to make sure the children feel happy, safe, and supported (even after they have graduated to big school!)- from the room staff/ teachers to the office staff too! There's always something exciting going on, from creative crafts to outdoor play and thoughtful learning activities that really engage the children. We’ve always felt confident leaving our children in such capable and friendly hands. We couldn’t recommend Pixieland Stoke more highly!

Really lovely nursery. Daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old and is now about to start preschool. All the staff are lovely and very helpful.

My little boy loves it here! The staff are great and are super helpful with any of our needs. He enjoys a range of food, toys, sensory room, jungle gym and the garden! Couldn’t recommend Pixieland enough.

Both my little ones can’t wait to get to nursery in a morning and see all the wonderful staff members. They both learn so much there and have developed skills (verbal/physical) really well. Both have great bonds with all the staff and take part in varied activities indoors and outdoors. It’s an excellent environment for my children being looked after by amazing staff who can’t do enough for you.

Our child has attended Pixieland Mannamead for 2 years and thoroughly enjoys it. The communication between staff and ourselves has always been excellent. Any issues, concerns, developmental/milestone information or questions are communicated without delay. The staff have always been very attentive, fun, energetic, kind and caring. Activities are well planned and creative. Outdoor, soft play and sensory areas are well utilised. We have always been completely confident in leaving our son and he always walks out smiling! He often talks about the staff with affection and waves to the nursery as we drive past!

My son has really enjoyed and thrived during his time at Pixieland in Stoke. The staff have been great and he has really connected with different members of the team as he's progressed through the rooms. He loves the jungle gym, sensory room and playing in the garden so I really appreciate that the nursery has all these brilliant spaces.

If I had to be picky and highlight any areas for improvement it would be the consistency at which we get updates through the app (some staff are brilliant at doing this, others you don't get anything for weeks) and the food menu which sometimes doesn't feel massively toddler appropriate and there is no option to opt out from it.

However, overall the experience is overwhelmingly positive and I would recommend Pixieland to anyone looking for a nursery for their child

We started at Pixieland Stoke in September, after a couple of settle in sessions we felt comfortable and staff were extremely welcoming. Our little one has settled in quickly and is super happy at drop off and pick up. We love the detailed handovers and feel like the staff really care about her. I love that I can phone to check in whenever as well as getting updates about her day on the app.

Our little boy loves going to nursery at Pixieland. The girls in the room are so supportive in his development and have helped him to become a confident young boy. The nursery provide plenty of opportunities for our son to be creative, play and learn. They always communicate effectively and efficiently on the parent app so we know exactly what is going on. They also provide regular pictures of the activities they have been completing. This is an excellent nursery which is child centred and I would highly recommend.

My daughter has been going since jan2025 and loves it - learns lots of new things and has made lots of friends

My first son went to Pixieland Mannamead and absolutely loved it, so now my second son is going too! The staff are so caring and friendly, and the nursery is always clean, safe, and full of fun learning activities. Communication is great, and my kids are always happy to go — couldn’t ask for a better place!

My little girl started at pixieland just before she turnt 2, we're now about to be turning 4 and I'm glad we made this choice. Very nervous parent and was scared to leave her but this was quickly changed when all the staff helped settle my nerves and my little ones. The girls are fantastic she my little one always comes out happy.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Pixieland Stoke. Our little boy joined at 11 months old and has thrived. The staff are incredibly warm, nurturing and attentive. Our son’s key worker is genuinely passionate about early childhood development - the activities are always creative and you can see how much the children enjoy them.

The facilities are great, lots of outdoor space and the environment is safe and well organised. Parking is available and at times can be busy (peak drop off and collection times) but don’t let this out you off as there is usually always space not far from the nursery itself.

We appreciate the regular updates and photos via the app, which gives you a real sense of their day. It’s also a great way to communicate with the nursery itself.

We feel truly lucky to have found a place where our little boy is very happy and cared for.

I moved my little boy from his previous nursery to Pixieland and since he has started over a year ago, I cannot fault anything. I trust he is in good hands, and the staff are always friendly. The communication from the nursery is always fantastic too, from having their own manager / office as well as accounts department. My little boy always comes home with a smile on his face and I couldn’t wish for anything more!

All the staff have been so helpful with our daughter. My daughter has come a long way with her communication and just overall development due to the nursery’s monthly plans that include educational activities.

Pixieland are a reliable and caring preschool. They have really good facilities for the children including a jungle gym (soft play) outside play area, and interactive room. My child has been going here since he’s 12 months and they have always provided a great service in each stage of the nursery (babies, tiny Tod’s, toddlers and preschool). They also have an online portal where you can communicate and find out information you may need.
Would definitely recommend !
