All good, ordering is easy and delivery arrived on time. Pixie Girl’s petite sizing is spot on and good quality, I love that I have found somewhere that has a great range of clothing in petite sizes!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer services,
My first time ordering - I have an item missing from my order. I tell the company and because the weight matches up and items have been scanned they refused to refund me?
There’s so many things that could have gone wrong in between this information.
I’m £30 out of pocket and I’m so disappointed and genuinely have cried my eyes out because it’s so much money to lose.
Will never ever purchase from this company again stealing hard earned money!

Pay, pay and pay

You need to pay for delivery and again for the return, so you lose £5 just because you ordered something and ended up receiving a product looking much different in reality..

Sizing is all wrong

Ordered 4 pairs of full length trousers as a 5ft 2 women I was excited to find a petite brand but all four pairs were different lengths 2 pairs were ankles grazer didn’t make any sense and the sizing on the trousers were awful 2 pairs fitted round the waist no problem other 2 couldn’t zip all the same brand sort it out very disappointing and on top of that you have to pay to return won’t be ordering again

Poor experience

Placed an order. Had one email confirming payment. Despatch notification came from yours not pixiegirl. Turned up and the jumpsuit had incredibly poor pattern matching so it looked totally off. Not great for the £. Returned same day to a local yours store. Was given no proof of return. Have had no email confirming my return from yours or pixie girl. Very shoddy will not order again

Very bad Customer Service - called me a liar

The 2 items I ordered were not a good fit for me. I returned them in the same parcel as instructed. But they are saying I only returned one item and I will only be credited for the one item. Customer service was awful and they effectively called me a liar and said their returns system could not be wrong. I would not mind so much but I know I don’t have the item and would not trust this company again

1st time customer 18th Dec 25 orderd 3…

1st time customer 18th Dec 25 orderd 3 items too small returned via Evri ordered exactly same 3 items 21st Dec 25 fitted..after 2 weeks I chased up my returned 1st order pixie girl hadn't received checked with Evri sent pixie girl proof ..okay reimburse returned items after numerous EMails ! Eventually 13th jan 26 reimburshed me my returned items ..hence 46 pounds instead of 51 pounds..as my returned ordered wasn't in the sale at the time..reimburshed wrong amount and the lower monies .
Will NOT order anything from them! Ordered plenty items over Xmas period returned items never had this joke !

For clothes that fit the vertically challenged

It’s such a pleasure to be able to order trousers that don’t need turning up at the bottom, tops with sleeves that don’t need shortening and especially knitwear which is difficult to alter, which fit someone not much over 5ft.
And the clothes are well made and designed.

You charge for delivery and if you have to return an item you deduct a charger as well, well this is the first time and the last I will ever order anything from you again also it took nearly a month to receive my refund

Nice quality items

Nice quality items , bought several dresses and been very happy with them . The sizing is for the most part good , but I have had to return a couple of items that I’ve ordered in my usual size as they have been too small! Therefore incurring costs to return them . Delivery and returns have been easy and I am very happy with the smooth transactions .

I bought a coat on line for my daughter, although there policy state that I can return the coat by the 13/1/26 there website does not allow me to do so, I was told by the customer service to take it by to the nearest shop, no consideration as to my capability of getting to the shop

Mixed experience

I was very excited to find a website catering petite sizes.
In the last 30 days I have made 3 orders.
I have found the two pairs of trousers i have ordered to be good quality and sized as expected.
My experience with tops I ordered to be very mixed and sizing seems unreliable.
I ordered a jumper in my normal size, I liked the jumper but it was to big so I gave it away. I ordered the same jumper in a smaller size for myself which is still slightly on the large size.
I ordered a twin pack of long sleeved T-Shirts (not particularly cheap). They were way to small, had no give and the sleeves were so narrow you could barely get your arms through. Im a size 12, I gave them to someone a size8/10 they also had trouble with the size of the arms. So they are pretty useless.
It hardly seems worth sending them back due to cost and effort. But I would have liked to leave a review to warn other buyers.

This leads to my second gripe. I signed up to be a loyalty member, I can sign into my account but none of my orders show in my account. Consequently I do not get any point with my three separate purchases and I can't leave a review of any of the 6 items I have bought.
I have contacted PixiGirl about this but have yet to have a reply ( probably due to holiday period).

3 stars are given for speedy delivery, trouser sizing which is good.

Update. I have not been contacted as stated below regarding my account and orders.
The only emails I have received (daily) are mailing list emails regarding offer and new in merchandise.
