Sarah Watson is a great asset to your Management team. As with any project, Murphy's Law always enters and can cause issues, Sarah has mastered all aspects of customer service, she keenly listens to customer concerns and addresses immediately. Overall I enjoyed working with Sarah and the Pixel Studios Team. I plan to use your services in the near future.

I engage this company in early 2024 for a 30 second 3D animation. By weeks they failed to meet the deadline. I disputed the fee charged to my credit card. As a result, a new agreement was signed by myself and Pixels Inc. for half of the original agreement. Again, by weeks, they failed to meet the deadline. They charged my credit card for the full amount of the original agreement after reassuring me in writing that they would refund half. This company is a scam. I would not recommend them, period!

Update 5/22/25: Company reneged on the refund they had previously agreed upon and has gone back to attempts at leveraging the refund for the removal of the review.

update4/24/25: They are now saying they will be withholding the refund until I remove the review.

sales was aggressive and pushy and kept jumping through people but made promises of full refund guarantee.

Their groups are siloed and information doesn't flow so you have to tell them all twice

assigned point of contact was 10 min late to the meeting, hadn't read any onboarding information or anything so the meeting was a waste of time.

their script writers were ChatGPT and terrible. the designers were terrible.

responses have been non existent since asking for a refund and cancelling the project

The Price & Quality Is extremely good and I’m happy with the product however I feel as though the process needs to include more regular updates at times I felt very nervous during the process asking myself if I got scammed or taken advantage of due to the amount of time it took to deliver plus limited updates however they always got back to me in a professional timely manner but if I’m being honest I feel like the communication and updates need to be more frequent to assure the customer project is being worked on treated seriously.

I came to this company with an idea based around my grandpas life. It was a very tender time for everyone in my family but thought that coming to this company to help create a video about my grandpa would help my family in some way. They surpassed my expectations and my whole family loved it. One particular employee was very great named Andy with communication, calling me about anything he can fix or any other ideas I have or wish to add. He treated me great with my needs and wants and I knew he really cares about what he presents and his work as a whole. Overall, was a great experience with this company.
