My first encounter with Richard was back in 2014 when he worked within an agency, Richard quickly became my go to guy as his superior knowledge stood out from the rest of the team.

Over the past year I have working closely with Richard again to create our new Ibex Supplies e-commerce website. I’ve always found Richard to be very friendly, always gives you ample time to explain your requirements in detail, he has excellent technical knowledge and communicates solutions in detail. Richard can also provide his experience in order to help achieve the best possible end result for the project. He’s also very prompt when it comes to amendments and has never added any additional cost beyond what was originally agreed.

What’s great about Richard is he doesn’t waste your time with silver tongued sales talk, just a knowledgeable down to earth guy willing to help. He is a great problem solver and has always found solutions to the tasks thrown at him, some of which have been extremely complex.

On our project we had to deal with a complex shipping requirement, which many others were perplexed by. Richard however formulated and developed a solution.

I would gladly work with Richard again, and would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.
