100% genuine labubu, one very happy son with the one he wanted. Fast delivery and kept in contact through the process.

I purchased some booster boxes from them which were NOT label as Pre-orders and I assumed they had the item in stock, so was a bit surprised when they did not arrive but this was no problem I was happy to wait.

However after another week my orders were cancelled and I lost £200 worth of vouchers I used to place my initial orders. I reached out to them through their website chat and was told this was an automatic cancellation and since I lost my vouchers they would give me my order at cost (which still would still have been around £100 less without the vouchers) when the boxes did arrive in stock, and give me a reduced rate on some other products I might be interested in.

They said they would email me a short stock list of available product. However they didn't even finish the conversation and I was left waiting hours and days without a response, I missed a afternoon appointment because they said to "please hold" as they were in the warehouse checking stock. I checked back in a couple hours (through the same chat box) and still have not had a response.

It's been days now and I have still not received any emails and I'm really doubting they will honour the initial 2 orders at cost price since I have asked for an email confirmation or a pre-order invoice(I would have gladly paid a deposit) or any thing to confirm. I have made efforts to reach out to them again but still have yet to receive any form of response.

Edit: The have finally responded after a week of silences and ignoring my efforts to contacting them. And are no longer honouring my original purchase because I left a review after being ignored for a week. Seems a bit vindictive but I gave up on ever receiving any of my orders after the second week. However, they are now going through trustpilot's channels to try have my review taken down. I think I've given them a very fair review and even asked which part of my review they disagree with and I'll gladly amend it or even remove it completely. I've had no response again. Perhaps I'll get one next week and I'll edit If I do.

bought 2 labubus off of tiktok shop still not sure they were genuine. the two arrived with the boxes a little bashed but not the end of the world, most importantly they were both real !!! they also arrived in two days of purchase. a bit pricey but to know you’re definitely getting a real one is great, so thanks !

Terrible customer service ordered next day delivery for a present paid £10 extra for it, never arrived dpd didn’t even have it, 4 emails and a phone call later, left a voicemail, and still no response . Avoid
