Couldn't even get in. Victor is a thin-skinned jerk who banned me just because I was telling the truth and asking for some meat instead of hype. I checked and it turns out he needs to do the hyping because he wants you to cough up a big bunch of money. See all the 5-star reviews? Don't you think that's a little fishy? How many people have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours, only to end up broke or deeper in debt than they were before? These guys never tell you about all those people. No, they just blame everyone else, not themselves. BEWARE!

And now he's jumping on me again. OH, my, I was "spamming the chat after being asked multiple times to stop"? I wasn't just spamming, I was making inciteful comments. I don't remember being asked to stop even once. In fact, he seemed quite amused by several of my comments.

I should say I didn't mean "hype" as in "hyperbole," but that he was going on and on, talking about everything except the "value" I'm sure he got to eventually. Of course, as you can see from his reply, at the end of the webinar it turns out you have to pay for the pot at the end of the rainbow you thought you could get to by watching the webinar. (Oh, yeah, not "riches" but they all say that, apparently not realizing that what they go on about sounds like riches to a lot of us.)

And how silly to complain that "everyone else in the room deserves to actually hear the training without one person constantly pestering" or "interrupting viewers" when we're talking about the chat bar on the side! Everybody could hear just fine, and the speaker could have just ignored me.

I wouldn't have minded if they had just banned me from the chat. I suppose they didn't have the technical ability, but clearly the problem was that I wasn't being a good little sheeple. I get tired of these guys asking "duh" questions and expecting (and largely getting) a bunch of knee-jerk chirpy responses. If I'd noticed a request to stop, I would have.

I do want to make it clear that I don't mean that any of the positive reviews are fake, I mean, it's fishy when any program or company has only positive reviews. Glowingly positive. There are always some disgruntled people -- yes, they probably didn't stick with the program and lost their money, maybe they were at fault. But it is hard to say what's what when we don't see any. Maybe there were some, but the posters deleted them because somebody called them liars, slanderers, or something like that.

I'm sure if you pay whatever the program costs, and stick with it (maybe paying for upsells after the initial cost?) you will have a good chance of making money. If. I'd just like to know how many people don't, and why.

And I figure one negative review out of almost 70 isn't going to hurt; maybe it will provide that missing balance.

But you don't know me, Viktor, and you've just shown what a petty person you are.

This is an absolute no-brainer. If you are thinking about YouTube Automation, this is the only place you need to be. Victor, Warren, and the team are some of the most, if not the most, well-informed authorities in YouTube Automation.

As someone of a more mature age, I came into the Pivotal coaching program with a bit of trepidation, wondering if I would be able to make it in the world of faceless videos. When I first joined this coaching program almost two years ago, I was a bit skeptical since I was completely new to the coaching world. Looking back now, I’m glad I gave it a try, because I’ve learned a lot.

Vic shares a structured course and regularly adds updates in Skool, which helps to stay on track. At the start, I was also assigned a personal coach who responded quickly to my questions, which I found very supportive.

In terms of my own results, the journey has been challenging and took longer than I expected. YouTube is a competitive field and requires a lot of daily effort and consistency. For me, it took about six months to get monetized, and almost a year more before I earned any meaningful income. After putting in extra work and refining my approach, I eventually reached a few four-figure months. It wasn’t easy, but the persistence paid off.

I think it’s important for anyone considering this program to know that YouTube is not a “quick win”. It requires serious time and patience. That said, I see long-term potential in it, and I also use what I’ve learned here in other areas of my life.

Overall, I can recommend this course. It provides a structured learning path, personal support, and a community of people working toward the same goals. For me, it has been a valuable experience.

I've been doing YouTube since January of 2023. Since this time I've worked with multiple coaches, but none of them had the STRUCTURE that this program has. I honestly believe that it is the structure and coaches that makes Pivotal Media so successful. In my prior programs there was only one call a week. Most interaction was expected to occur on a Discord server. It was horrible. But not with Pivotal. There are multiple calls EVERY day Monday thru Friday. You are assigned a personal coach to help you along the way. When you have so many calls, it makes it very possible to join multiple calls a week and thus get the support you need. Also, you get to meet classmates since they are constantly on calls with you, so you build friendships and get to learn from one another. Our coaching calls throughout the week really speed up the learning process because even if YOU don't have questions, your classmates are asking questions that you probably never even thought about, so when it happens to you, you are more than prepared to handle the situation. I could go on and on, but ultimately, the support that you get with this program is OUTSTANDING and I am very happy to have joined. Since joining 6 months ago, I have monetized my channel and have finally started earning.

This is not the first YouTube coaching I have tried. This is the best damn coaching you can get for sure. You don't get a coach you get multiple coaches! You can't fail with this program. I started my channel in a niche I would have never thought of. I was monetized in 42 days from the first video i posted! I have been trying for 5 years! I'm so happy with this program- If you dont join then you don't want to succeed with YouTube.

Update yet again. May has been the most insane month on Youtube as I hit 41'000 dollars just in a month. I wouldn't have thought to ever be in this position as I started out just thinking I could maybe scrape 2-3k on the side. Now I can consider going full time on Youtube and changing my life through it. The program will still guide me through all the way and I'm happy to be part of it as it's helped me a lot!

I am 2 months into this program and absolutely love the value it provides. The passion that the coaches bring to this program is amazing. They literally handhold at every stage of the process by reviewing the scripts, thumbnails, videos and make sure I understand the mistakes that I might be making.

One of my channels got monetized in 1.5 months, with 1 video going viral (13.5k views in an hour) and making 4k in the process in less than 3 weeks. I am loving the progress on my second channel that I started 3 weeks back.

And this review will not be complete without mentioning the amazing community. I have made a couple of really good friends on the way. There are a lot of genuine, well intentioned members who provide invaluable support.

Here's an updated review. I started my second channel as a side project 2 months ago, posting only one video per week in a relaxed schedule. The coaches guided me to look for video ideas that have huge potential to go viral, and that is exactly what happend. One video blew up to 200+k views (when things got peaked, it reached 8000 views per hour! ), and another video got 33k views, Helping the channel got monetized effortlessly. Without a doubt, this is the best coaching program I've ever experienced

I’m still at the beginning of my YouTube journey, but I already feel the difference this course is making. In just 6 weeks, I published my first two videos, and my first one reached over 2,000 views in less than 4 days and my second one has already reached 753 views in 3 days and it's picking up traction. That alone is exciting, but what really stands out isn’t just the results, it’s the support.
This is more than just video modules (which are great and cover all the technical steps, strategies, and SOPs for working with video editors, thumbnail artists, scriptwriters, etc.). But the real value is in the 9 live classes per week, the 1-on-1 calls, and the hands-on feedback from coaches who actually care.

Pivotal media is a very professional company. I've signed up to the YT class 2 months ago and already got some real results.
It's very comprehensive approach and straight to the point, focused on actions and accountability. You're assigned to a coach who push you to take actions. Also the community is very active and it"s rare it"s like that honestly. People are willing to help and good mindset around. I can definitely recommend that.

Overall I feel a 5 Star rating is well deserved because all my expectations were fulfilled.
The course might come across as as a little costly to start with but the value you get from multiple streams of support including live calls, video education, chat support and a community of fantastic members is invaluable. Coaching calls are invaluable but I would feedback that your views may not resonate with all of the coaches. Each unique coach brings something different in terms of expertise and experience. You have to apply the skills that they are teaching in your own way. Many members came and were frustrated however I feel that their inability to follow through on what was needed amplified their frustrations, prompting them to seek refunds. In the end I think they have lost out. I am grateful to Victor and his team for keeping me in the program. If there was one thing they could improve on the program it would be helping the members create a robust business plan from the outset because this is inevitably going to be the blue print for your progress in the program.

Definitely recommend to join this course you will learn so much it’s crazy and the mentor/coaches are super helpful and supportive 🙌🏿

After a few months the program I was able to finally monetise my channel and couldn't recommend this course anymore highly for those looking to break away from the 9-5 and start a YouTube automation channel.

My highest viewed video reached 70k and I've had quite a few hit the 35k mark as well. It hasn't been an easy journey all the way. It definitely took a lot of commitment and consistency to reach the goal. However the support of the Pivotal media team, with 1on1 coaching and team calls really helped drive the vision home.

I'd like to thank Victor and Warren for the amazing support they've shown and for those thinking about joining the course, it's definitely worth it. Stay driven and consistent and I have no doubt with the help and support of the community you'll achieve your goal!

I’m pleased to share that over the past five months, I’ve successfully grown my channel from 1.4k subscribers to over 7.6k, with the momentum still going strong. Additionally, I’ve surpassed $10,000 in revenue for the month of November—and the month isn’t even over yet.

In this period, I’ve also achieved multiple high-performing days, with revenue ranging from $500 to $800, and even crossing the $1,000 mark on one occasion. It’s been an incredible run, and I’m excited to see this growth continue.

Original Review

I started my YouTube journey in October 2023. To kick things off, I bought a Gumroad course on YouTube Automation. This course gave me the basics I needed to start my channel and get things moving. After a few months, I wanted to accelerate my growth and explore YouTube’s full potential, so I began looking for mentorship.

I spoke to a few programs including Pivotal (Adam is great BTW) and chose one, but it turned out to be the wrong choice. Thankfully, Adam and I hit it off when we initially spoke. I reached back out to him as I wasn’t happy with the program I was in and the rest is history. I am now at Pivotal Media where I wish I was at from the beginning but we can’t deal in the past.

Let’s talk about results. Within just a few weeks of joining the course, I achieved my best-performing video to date, racking up over 25k views. Before joining and while part of the previous program, I struggled to get even 5-6k views. On top of that, I’ve been increasing my click-through rate (CTR) where I was averaging around 3% to seeing CTR around 10%. The difference has been night and day! I can’t wait to start seeing the bigger results come in, which I feel is just around the corner.

Where do I start when it comes to the experience I’ve had so far. I’ll start by talking about the amount of support you receive. Not only do you get a dedicated coach, you have access to all the other coaches on the several coaching calls throughout the week. They are very knowledgable and really want to see everyone succeed on their YouTube journey no matter what your goals are. Now to specificaly talk about my coach Warren. Warren has been great and wealth of knowledge. I’ve been able to implement everything he has told me and as mentioned above, I have had a recent video hit over 25k views.

You know how Nike’s saying is Just Do It. Well this applies here. I highly recommend anyone who wants to succeed in YouTube join this great program today, you won't regret it.

**UPDATE March 2025**
So leaving an update here as we've had more success. Taking the knowledge from the first channel going so well, we decided to start a second channel. We did the research and the niche looked good. In literally a fraction of the time we got the first channel monetised we got the second one done. I think about 6-7 weeks. The last 7 days combined has earned a total of £1600. If we are able to keep up this kind of momentum then we could not have asked for more from this course.

After coming across Victor's ad on instagram I was curious. I grew up watching YouTube so I was fully aware how much content creators can make. The initial joining fee for the program did seem daunting, but I can safely say now that it will be worth it.

After 3 months of posting the channel is monetised which couldn't have been done without the course material and help from the coaches. One thing I am super grateful for in this course is how much the coaches want to see you do well. They remember everyones channels, every conversation they had with you about your channel and offer unlimited amount of 1-1 support if you need it, even from the main man Victor. What I like about Victor is he isn't just the face of the community to make sales, he is actively involved and you can learn from him every week. Shoutout to Warren too for guiding us through this. If there is doubt, take the leap and take the advice that is available. I have to also mention how supportive the community is of each other. Every member in here wants to see everyone else succeed which just oozes positivity.

I am looking forward to seeing where the channel progesses over the next few months now that we just got monetised, and will look to use the strategies to make as many channels needed as possible to escape the working life.

I joined the program a couple months ago after watching Victor on social media for awhile. The program has been great! All of the coaches are very helpful. The live call are amazing to get feedback on what you are working on. Even the other students have been super helpful in the community tab. I have been able to get over 80k views and 350 subscribers to my channel with just 4 videos. Like anything worth while there have been a few bumps in the road but this program has made this dream doable and achievable. I would recommend it to anyone looking at getting into YouTube automation.

I am a couple of months into the program now and I have nothing but good things to say. The initial onboarding process was easy and straightforward and the team and community really welcome you.

The training is great and there is an abundance of great learning content. I was assigned a coach who is always there to help you along the way on your YouTube journey. Along with this and regular coaching calls, you are provided with all the tools to make a success out of YTA.

With the help of my coach (Warren) I was able to launch my channel and was amazed that my first 2 videos picked up over 50k views within a couple of weeks!
